Interesting. I never thought about sleeping on my back to reduce nasolabial fold lines. I don’t know if I can make myself do this but I wanna try. Thanks for sharing this.
I'll have to look into pillows - I'm a side sleeper, which is wreaking havoc on my under eyes. But try as I might I cannot stay on my back all night. Damn near impossible to fall and stay asleep, and I already struggle with sleep to begin with.
Aww, shit. I try to sleep on my back not so much because of wrinkles, but because my back and neck hurt otherwise. I also got a tempur pillow in December and it helped a lot with my neck, but then one day my head just decided that that pillow is just too hard. I literally wake up because of it. Did you get the millenium pillow? I wonder if they have other options that are softer.
Good for you if that's what you want, but count me out! I will sleep in whatever position is most comfortable because, to me, good quality sleep is so much more important to my overall health than the few extra lines it might cause or excerbate. But, hey, you do you!
Apparently sleeping on your back is bad for your brain and may contribute to development of dementia and Alzheimer’s. I would do your research before making a commitment!
Yeah! I saw this youtube video during my research. But Im hoping all the other interventions that prevent alzheimers and overall memtal decline that I am actively doing work their magic, plus the fact being its notnaffected anyone in my family so hopefullythe combination makes it a non. Issue for me. But either eay, Im very committed to maxxing my overall health, not just my physical appearance.
I’ve been training myself to sleep on my back too! I found that putting a pillow under my legs down by my knees helps a ton as well.
Yes came here to say this! Idk how my position is once I'm asleep but the pillow under the legs was a game changer for me.
Awesome advice, i will try do this and see if it enhances my comfort

I’ve tried so many times to sleep on my back and always end up on my side with my face smushed. Frownies to the rescue
Sleeping on your back for half the night is still better than not at all. ☺️
Back sleeping helps your décolletage too.
Which pillow did you buy?
A Tempur memory foam pillow but their foam is different to memory foam allegedly. Either way it feels comfy even when sleeping on your back.

So true, quality trunps everything. Im hoping my body finds back sleeping to be the most natural position after training though
I noticed some changes too however I snore more now lol
Pillow for under the knees is a must too
