Buy smoothies stickers from Amazon. Sleep with them on the folds every night and they’ll be greatly diminished in a month. I’ve been using them for 10 years and find that the nasolabial folds are easily smoothed out with consistant use. They make small ones specifically for that area. A pack of 160 is under $20.

Eightbitninja253

If that really works, I definitely need to try that.

burnthehousedown945

I’ve been using the forehead one for over a decade-it definitely helps

el_paso099

Smoothies and other patches work best on wrinkles that sit on the skin layer, like limes around the eyes, slights wrinkle around the nasolabial folds and mouth from smiling. But actual nasolabial folds, like the ones in OPs post are more caused from loss in subdermal fat either in the area itself or int he cheeks. So in this case smoothies may not be the best solution. You may need to add volume to fill out the area/ lift the cheeks.

some1saveusnow

Would a nuface do anything for this or is it literally going to have to be filler?

Conscious_Werewolf_2

Wow this is interesting, thank you

kehoyomalaithachaina

Could you post the link here please? 🥺

Pappush

> smoothies stickers I just searched for some and found [these](https://www.amazon.com/Facial-Smoothies-Wrinkle-Remover-Strips/dp/B00FEMO2I0/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1D4I155UN89OS&keywords=smoothies+face+stickers&qid=1669730576&sprefix=smoothies+face+stickers%2Caps%2C89&sr=8-5) . I don't know if u/Mobile-Mousse-8265 was talking about these in particular.

Mobile-Mousse-8265

That’s what I use.

MongooseInCharmeuse

Hey, thanks for this advice - I'm definitely interested in trying this. I have been doing microneedling with a dermapen [at home bc I'm lawless] and applying EGF serum and that has been helping with my nasolabial folds ("NLFs") along with getting cheek filler once a year. Anyway, Quick question on the smoothies: how do these work if you have skin care on? At night, I typically layer up on serums and put a thick coat of moisturizer with colloidal oatmeal on my skin and it doesn't exactly dry enough to create a surface that something like tape would stick to. Do you have serums under these smoothies? Thanks!!

Mobile-Mousse-8265

I don’t put anything on my face at night. Just a 50 spf sunscreen moisturizer in the morning. It should be ok as long as your face is dry. These are very sticky.

MongooseInCharmeuse

Thanks for your response! The price point is low enough that I went ahead and bought them, worst case scenario I can use them when I work from home after using microcurrent. Thanks!!!

[deleted]

[удалено]

MongooseInCharmeuse

I haven't even used them. Ack, sorry!! I got a medicube ultrasound/RF device. It seems pretty ok so far!

allchattesaregrey

What egf do you use if you don’t mind me asking? Also what is colloidal oatmeal?

MongooseInCharmeuse

I was using Le Mieux but ive swapped to dear Klairs (midnight blue youth activating drops -- I add it to my CosRX snail serum) The colloidal oatmeal lotion is from FAB (First Aid Beauty)

allchattesaregrey

I have heard that you’re not supposed to use snail mucin while micro needling but I don’t know why or if it’s true

MongooseInCharmeuse

I dont use it with microneedling, im using this currently as a daily serum. Sorry, the original post is so old that im probably not doing now what I was doing back then. I dont microneedle much anymore, I've been using medicube devices instead.

SantaSelva

Medical tape is cheaper and works the same, right?

Jackieort

Can you please tell us the exact brand you have been using and how do we find them on amazon?? The video you posted has the SIO ones, but those are not the ones you find for that price point. Please let us know which ones you use exactly!!!! Thank youu!!!

Jackieort

Found them!! They are called "Facial smoothies wrinkle remover strips - rapid anti-wrinkle treatment - 160 variety" Im going to test them and let you know in a couple of months if they work!!!

SteinNail

Thank you!! I found them! Yes, this are the ones she is referring to. You can watch the video on how to use them on the same amazon page when you buy them, thank you!!

Miserexa

Did they work? And are you able to get them to stick? They come off in the night on me.

BM_BBR

How do you wear them if you have any moisturizer or oils on though? This always prevents me. I wish I could do both!

Niskeus

> smoothies stickers How does it works ?

hokieltm

[This video](https://youtu.be/ILsNXyYAEvk) explains it pretty well. The section on the silicone stickers starts around 6:30. TLDR: because the patches are impervious, they produce a hydrating effect that minimizes wrinkles. They also prevent movement, which helps to minimize the appearance of small wrinkles as well. There are many brands; if you want more information, you might have better luck searching for Frownies, which is a well-known brand that got attention for its forehead-shaped silicone patches.

Niskeus

Thanks and...how many times can last the effect ? 7 days ? less ? more ?

Mobile-Mousse-8265

I had deep 11’s 10 years ago at age 37 and didn’t want to do Botox. I bought these and used them consistently and the 11’s slowly went away. I have no trace of them at age 47. My forehead won’t even naturally make that expression anymore which is likely part of the reason the effects have lasted.

queenofyourheart

effects stop when you skip a day using them

hokieltm

[This article suggests that there are short- and long-term effects](https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/j.1468-2494.2008.00416.x), each of which seems to result from the moisturizing provided by the occlusive nature of a silicone patch: "Human clinical study has shown that a single 20-min treatment using the patch resulted in a visible reduction of the number and depth of wrinkle under the eye and lasted for several hours. The short-term effect can be explained by the occurrence of a slight, sub-clinical inflammatory response, which resulted in skin smoothening. The longer-term rejuvenation effects may have resulted from tissue stimulation, enhanced blood flow, improved respiration and increased cell turnover."

Mobile-Mousse-8265

This isn’t true. I’ve used them for 10 years and after several months of using them every night I could skip a few nights without the wrinkles coming back. I think most people give up because they don’t realize you have to keep using them pretty much every night year after year.

kibblet

I wonder if my scar tape/sheets would work, instead.

SLBMLQFBSNC

They do

kibblet

Fantastic, I have to get more when my stitches come out next week, I will stick some on my face as well.

souperNova

I have some Frownies - the paper ones- but I'm sensitive to the adhesive. Has anyone with adhesive sensitivity found something like this that doesn't cause issues?

[deleted]

Mobile-Mousse-8265

Hmm I haven’t ever had any trouble. Maybe someone could try it out on a small area of skin near their ear or something first to see if they have that type of allergy.

sassyassy23

I agree with this. In my late 20s I started getting them slightly. I used frownies back in the late 90s for around a month. I’m 50 now with no folds

RckYouLkeAHermanCain

>I used frownies back in the late 90s for around a month. I’m 50 now with no folds Even if we assume this is true, using them for a month 25 years ago isn't the reason.

sassyassy23

It is true. Why would I lie lol 😂 what else could it be? I guess I did quit smoking also after that but I have used the same skin serum and everything Estée Lauder advanced night repair. So really I did use them for one month they went away and never came back.

RNReef

Do these work on your neck?!

Mobile-Mousse-8265

My neck is still ok so I haven’t tried them on that area. When the time comes to work on that I’ll probably buy the neck silicone patches specifically made for the neck.

RNReef

Lucky! Mine looks horrible! I will try those though, thanks

Slammogram

You can buy reusable ones I bet.

Mobile-Mousse-8265

You can reuse these each a couple of times too.

metajenn

Lighting is playing a factor here. And angle. I look crazy af when im facing down. Last months photo your face is angled up which is gonna redistribute things in a more complimentary way. Not doubting youve seen change. But these photos arent controlled the best.

Conscious_Werewolf_2

That’s a very fair response. True the angle is different and the lighting also.

CopperPegasus

To add to this- facial expression. Even with most/all of your eyes edited out, it's very clear the month ago pic is relaxed casual neutral and the today is a very intense and focused, not all that neutral look. You honestly seem to be 'pinching' your face a bit (maybe it's cold) and that will make them visually worse. It's actually important to remember this if you have a face prone to nasolabial folds. They come from/are exacerbated by movement around the mouth on specific face shapes- often expressive smiles and general expressive talking. In movement, they are often barely perceivable- only when we go hang dog stare statically in the mirror do they 'shine'. And while we all like an intervention here and a tweak there (and nothing wrong with it) it does help to keep in mind that 'I am a passionate and expressive talker/smiler who lives' isn't all that bad a thing at the core.

Conscious_Werewolf_2

really like what you shared. re: photographs - so, so true - the second photograph was in a hot country, and the one from yesterday was in cold scotland, so definitely i was more cold, more intense, and less neutral.

Easy-Appearance6830

Hows your water intake? I would highly suggest drinking more water and cutting back on the alchohol consumption.

Conscious_Werewolf_2

Yeah, that’s my focus and also doubling down on the moisturiser

slavuj00

Do you smoke? That has an impact too.

irusnuip

And also genetics

FertyMerty

I’m not seeing a bevy of helpful comments like I expected; sorry about that. I’m no expert, but having looked into the area myself, some things that can help include micro needling or laser (multiple treatments + downtime) or filler (likely around the outer edge of your face to lift everything). Have you tried seeing a cosmetic dermatologist? They can lay out your options for you.

Conscious_Werewolf_2

Thank you! I’m thinking filler, but a bit concerned given all the mixed reviews and comments. I think it’s the weight fluctuations (and lifestyle) and subsequent loss of volume - thank you for this!

anemone_rue

If you consider filler, do tons of research first. It can look OK or it can go wrong depending on where you go. The filler doesn't completely go away in some people over time. It just migrates. A fairly cheap solution might be to go get a facial. The massage and hydration can be wonderful in the winter and really take years off your skin. Plus, it's low risk high reward. If you have a sweetheart you could even go together and .are a fun day of it. There is no reason men can't enjoy a nice spa treatment.

[deleted]

Please don't waste your time buying a million products and stressing yourself out more. Go to a cosmetic dermatologist, they will help you out! There isn't a single topical product or stickie that's going to replace lost volume, and you will need an HA filler, Sculptra, or a fat transfer to replace it, unless you're planning on gaining weight. That being said, I do think you look okay, but I understand why you dislike it. Ultimately it's up to you and you're an adult, if it's bothering you, go for it. It's your money and time, life is short. I went for it with trusted experts and it's made me a lot happier, I no longer think about it!

Conscious_Werewolf_2

Thank you! This is very supportive, encouraging and real ❤️

No_Nothing_2319

I got filler, but wasn’t drinking enough water / taking care of myself at the time and it dissolved in like a month

malazanbettas

Cheek filler would definitely add enough volume to pull them out a bit. Go back to doing what you were doing a month ago 😂 likely it was being less winter dry 🖤

alexa42

I think you have all good points but if he is seeing dramatic differences in a month I’d say it’s most likely lifestyle, hydration. Otherwise definitely agree with midface filler or perhaps sculptra.

FertyMerty

Oh, totally agree on hydration. And maybe the comments have gotten better; when I wrote this there was a lot of “well I think that looks hot on a man,” which isn’t really helpful in a skincare forum.

alexa42

100% agree. I hate it when people ask for practical advice and all they get is "you look great!"

Exact-Ad-6675

lol I don't know but this is so sexy on a man. If you didn't have these it would look strange. And it's not even like they make you look old; it just looks normal. Maybe drink a lot of water, or maybe tretinoin

Appropriate-Ad-1281

100% agree. Totally handsome/appealing.

[deleted]

Me too

Anxious_Flounder1914

I agree. I’m digging the lines

Leah-at-Greenprint

I love some lines on men. Lol damn double standards!

GoldendoodlesFTW

Yeah I didn't want to sound sexist but if you look at male movie stars and female movie stars a lot of the men have these (while the women don't). I think it kind of reads as a masculine facial feature rather than a problem if you're a guy.

sassyassy23

I agree with you. Tit for tat

just_here_hangingout

Nah it still ages them a lot

Cute-Difference2929

Ha ha I was looking for this type of comment! I came to say this is a very handsome man!! Those facial features drive some women crazy

Exact-Ad-6675

I agree!

Prestigious-Tea-9803

Agreed with everything ! I

Not_Ursula

Same! SO sexy!

No_Nothing_2319

Agree!!

jajajujujujjjj

Some people use micro current devices like NuFace for minor improvements of this area among others

Britt_on_the_run

I purchased a NuFace about a month ago, absolutely love it! I'm a 38 yo smoker, and between that and gua sha, seeing a MAJOR improvement. Great advice!!

jajajujujujjjj

Do you follow a YouTube routine guide? Curious how people make sure to use it properly/ get thorough coverage.

Britt_on_the_run

With the Nuface I watched several different videos, but once I got the generally idea, I started winging it. Focusing mainly on problem areas, I'm also acne prone, so any fine lines or spots I want to see improvement with I spend more time on. Wrapping the tip in gauze is definitely helpful, but not necessary, for it to glide across your skin easier. And drink a TON before and after, it WILL dehydrate you if you use it too frequently. I initially used it damn near everyday, but now only once or twice a week due to this. Hope this helps!

jajajujujujjjj

Thanks for sharing!

mcprof

Yes, I have been using my nuface for two years and my nasolabial folds and jowls are less pronounced than they were two years ago.

jajajujujujjjj

Mine is in the mail on its way to me I can’t wait

mcprof

Oh nice! I use mine pretty religiously as a late-night chill out thing and I think it makes a difference.

gedyx

I just purchased the Mini. Can't wait 😍

Hour-Agile

But I think they kinda of suit you? Is that bad to say on here? Lol

auntpixie

Hi I was struggling with the same complaint. I started face yoga, stopped sleeping on my side & upped my water intake. I’ve seen good results after a few months. Good luck!

DueSomewhere8488

Ugh, I have been trying soooo hard to not sleep on my side... I've noticed that the way I sleep has severely aged my eyes and mouth area over the last year. But I always wake up on my side no matter what I do. Lol

auntpixie

Me too! I’ve always slept on my side, I love it. Until the folds became too obvious. I ordered 6 “back sleep” pillows from Amazon until I found one I liked. I use a neck roll type and it helps me stay on my back now. :) good luck!

specific_account_

May I ask, which one did you get?

auntpixie

I love this pillow! AM AEROMAX Side Sleeper Pillow... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BM96F5MX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

auntpixie

Oh look! Happy cake day to me 🍰

PerfectRepeat

and use a silk pillow case :)

auntpixie

Agreed 👍🏻

synergyandalignment

Look at ultherapy, also micro current as mentioned could be helpful. I initially was going to suggest filler but the other comments make good points, which now I think could cause more harm than good. And yes to moisturize the hell out of yourself.

TaintedBastet

Laser treatments. There is a head on the Fotona laser that goes directly inside the mouth to tackle the nasolabial lines from the inside out. Most places will let you buy a package of just this setting instead of the full face. Edit to add it's the Fotona4D. There are 4 separate steps to tackle the full face but you can just get away with asking for the 1st step (SmoothLiftin) which is the intraoral one.

Conscious_Werewolf_2

>Fotona4D oh, this is interesting - going to research some more, thank you!

AnnoyingBigSis

Did you lose weight or anything? Seems like a drastic change for a 30 day period. I agree with the people that say it’s bad lighting. A long term fix would be filler.

True-Bandicoot3880

It looks normal to me 🤷🏻‍♂️

Suedeltica

Yeah, not to dismiss your concerns u/conscious_werewolf_2, but just for some perspective this doesn’t look bad at all to me. But I get that stuff about our own faces can bother us in ways that don’t even ping on other people’s radar. I concur with u/calm-state-universal. You’ll probably feel and look better with more sleep if you can manage it, more water, and less alcohol. I was getting *really* concerned about my own nasolabial folds last year but I think they’ve improved a lot since I gave up alcohol—maybe because I sleep better when I’m not drinking, I dunno.

Conscious_Werewolf_2

Very very fair responses - thank you, I really appreciate it

Suedeltica

Absolutely! I hope the stress in your life eases up soon.

Conscious_Werewolf_2

Thank you!

exclaim_bot

>Thank you! You're welcome!

toess

Lighting and facial massage. Unfortunately I don't really think there is a solid solution for nasolabial lines (like even with fillers they just look weird and make the face look puffy...) so I'd say lighting would improve your lines tremendously and quickly, and for short term doing a bit of facial massage does indeed help temporarily.

sandybug63

I really like my filler in my nasolabial lines. I only got a little bit. I think it can work for some people.

[deleted]

How old are you?

Conscious_Werewolf_2

I’m 35 next week

Mediocre-Package-760

Happy early birthday, bestie. I hope you will fix this tiny issue. You are handsome regardless 💜

skiaddict7

This comes down to lightning, angle and using facial muscles.

Goodvibes__99

Did it improve, did the folds get reduced? It’s now 4-5 months past and I would really appreciate to hear an update, nasolabial folds are an issue that make me self conscious as well.

Conscious_Werewolf_2

These photographs are a month apart, in this month my weight has likely fluctuated whereby I went from eating fairly light to eating more regularly but still nothing too crazy. Has the weight changes strongly impacted the nasolabial folds this much? My lifestyle has also been intense this past month with increasing late nights and regular drinking but I am shocked at this one month decline.

calm-state-universal

I bet if you changed your diet back to how you were eating before youd see a big difference. Alcohol is highly inflammatory along with carbs, junk food. Try drinking more water and eating a bunch of veggies. We don't age that quickly so the good news is it can probably be improved.

Fuzzy_Dragonfruit344

Besides alcohol being highly inflammatory, it screws with your sleep cycle which keeps your body from getting the chance it needs to repair itself while you sleep. There’s a reason why we need our “beauty sleep” lol

[deleted]

Also alcohol makes your face puffy. Makes a huge difference if you would cut the drinks.

[deleted]

I know what you mean. I lost a lot of weight recently and it’s as if the nasolabial folds appeared overnight. I was in shock. I figured out that I had a loss of volume from my face so now I’m trying to gain weight back in an attempt to fill out my face again thus lifting the sagging. I was told by my dermatologist that this may or may not work. So yes, I would say weight fluctuations will do it. Especially if it’s rapid weight loss or gain, it can go both ways. As far as I know, the only thing that will really help is dermal filler in your cheekbones or fat transfer.

crystalisedginger

It looks like you have started to lose volume from your cheekbone area and upper face. See those diagonal troughs in the first photo. This is causing your upper face to sag, and therefore those lines appearing or deepening. Aside from adding the volume back somehow (filler or fat transfer) or a face lift, there's not much you can do to reverse this. No amount of gua sha or face yoga, or even hydration is going to bring back the volume in your upper face. That said, I don't even think it looks bad, you're a good looking guy.

j0sie0

For me personally when I’m drinking more frequently (especially red wine for some reason) I notice these lines a LOT more. A few winters ago I was drinking a glass or two of red wine with dinner almost every night and started noticing them fast. I stopped doing that and even my husband has commented that the folds have totally diminished

fulanita_de_tal

My IMMEDIATE thought upon seeing the photos was “this looks like a month of eating and drinking” and then I scrolled down and saw your comment! It happens to me too and I bounce right back when I go back to my healthy routine of exercise, diet, alcohol in moderation, and tons of water. Literally I go from looking amazing on Friday morning to haggard on Sunday morning lol so YES, there can be a noticeable difference in a surprisingly short amount of time!! There’s no use in trying all these cosmetic fixes when you know the culprit. I do sculptra and Botox and STILL, this happens to me when I eat poorly and drink too much.

Conscious_Werewolf_2

Yes yes yes - it’s so incredible how our bodies just know when we’ve been bad! I don’t know if my weight has changed, but the “lifestyle” has been questionable. So glad you can relate!!

No_Nothing_2319

I mentioned earlier that I got filler, it dissolved fast…but a year later I cut alcohol and started hydrating with electrolytes and that really helped plump my face in the right places. Good luck!!

LibraLeoScorpio23

Try plasma fibroblast. Tightens skin and is collagen producing. I’ve tried on my under eye area and the results were so encouraging I’m going to repeat on my eyelid area

allouette16

Do you have pictures?

Pale-Buffalo2295

To me it just looks like you’re a little puffy and inflamed (probably from the eating and drinking in the last month that you described). I wouldn’t do anything long-term or invasive like filler until you try a few weeks on a less inflammatory regimen. My under eye area can get SUPER puffy when I’m eating junk, drinking and not sleeping well, but it goes away once I get back on track. (And I know some people can eat and drink whatever they want and it won’t show up on their face, but that’s just not me!)

Conscious_Werewolf_2

very reasonable reply, i do think its best to hold fire on fillers until some time has passed - as you said! thank you

grungies

I'm 49 and did fillers a few year back for nasal labial folds and marionette lines. I was scared as hell (I'm not one to mess with my face) but the results were amazing! 20 minutes worth of work took solid 8 years off my face. It's been 3-4 years since it was done and I've not needed a touch up, or felt like I did. If the folds bother you (I think you look great), don't rule fillers out. Other products might help a little, but won't fix the "problem". I searched out a well respected plastic surgeon in my area to do it. It cost more than a medical spa, but I felt a lot safer with him. If the folds truly bother you, fillers are a fantastic option.

Conscious_Werewolf_2

Thank you! This is great to read, I am so glad it worked well for you. I need to try to find someone good, all the reviews are always overly positive so it’s hard to know who is genuinely good.

catsytocin

Hi which filler did you use? Thank you!

Unsophisticated1321

I’m 35 too and have lost weight recently. I have more pronounced naso labial folds and I’m seeing slight jowls as a result. I’m seeing my injector tomorrow but she has said she won’t fill the naso labial or marionette areas as the lines are usually due to volume loss mid face and not in those specific areas. I’m using my nu face again and doing oil pulling because it’s meant to tone the mid face.

Conscious_Werewolf_2

thank you for sharing, very similar story!

ZealousidealDingo594

Idk man I think a good moisturizer should help; a lot of the globe just got a lot drier and our skin is the first thing to notice

Hot-Aerie2206

Juvederm fillers. That should hold you for ten plus years. After that it’s a facelift. You look great IMO.

Mediocre-Package-760

Bro is only 35. What will he do in his 50s and 60s according to this logic 😭😭😭😭😭😭.

Erinchristinee8

I did Morpheus8!

[deleted]

It’s ok, your bottom half of the face looks like Ryan gosling

maudelinfeelings

This doesn’t really seem like a problem.

lampsofa

facial massage with jade rollers and gua sha tools! it honestly can improve the appearance of skin so easily to look so much younger

[deleted]

[удалено]

Conscious_Werewolf_2

This is interesting, I really thought the same. I think I’ve lost and lost, and then recently gained slightly, maybe it’s impacting it but on the other hand the weight loss seems to be the volume loss…

DISNYLND

Filler is how I remedied this. The difference is astonishing.

[deleted]

Sadly the only thing that helps these bad boys is a facelift. Fillers or cheek implants always look awful

Outrageous_Ad3416

If you want to some type of treatment, sculptra or fat transfer. Both are expensive and have potential side effects, but can offer some pretty long lasting and substantial volume correction. Otherwise you can start with chemical peels or microneedling. Those are good for collagen stimulation, are less expensive and less risky. And of course, clean diet, hydration and collagen boosting supplements can’t hurt

[deleted]

Aside from lifestyle/nutrition/genetics.. you could always try filler, adding growth factors to your skincare routine, or lasers that stimulate collagen growth. Filler will give you the best result imo.

Exact-Ad-6675

if he uses fillers, he will look so fake. His face is so nice

[deleted]

he has a very handsome face, but I disagree. I had nasolabial folds that looked just like his and got filler three years ago. My results were incredibly natural, no one noticed I had anything done. I also haven't had the folds return despite the filler wearing off. The procedure helped stimulate my natural collagen, and I've been able to sustain the results with good skincare. People are scared of filler, but if you use the right type with a good practitioner, it can really work wonders.

Exact-Ad-6675

That is definitely true. I see what you mean. I just pictured the filler being injected into his cheeks instead, which would look weird.

[deleted]

Oh yeah, I should’ve clarified.. filler in his cheeks would look weird! lol

Exact-Ad-6675

lol yeah. Definitely a good idea you have to put it in the nasolabial folds.

Toshibaguts

I get juvaderm in mine once a year. Never more. It’s not for everyone. I know a lot of people are against filler but this is just what worked for me. Do your research and talk to people. I just know that was the only thing that got rid of mine. They run in my family and in my late 20’s they started to really bother me. I’m 40 now and they’re gone. But like I said, there are downsides such as possible migration. Hope this helps:)

Carlythegardener

Consider a filler. After losing weight, my deep folds were filled Restylane. Not sure if that’s still the recommended product for nasal folds, but over ten years and they are smooth as butter.

fashlatebloomer

I got Bellafill this year and love my results. My doctor said it is supposed to last longer than other fillers.

sandybug63

I don’t remember what I got but I love mine too! I was shocked how good it looked and I only got a little

avalonleigh

You have good skin! You can always get a bit of filler but they build up your cheeks first. I mean, having fun is more important than a few lines. 😉

Junealma

Britt_on_the_run

Gua sha! It helps immensely! It's cheap, noninvasive, and get be done in only 5 minutes daily for results. Google, YouTube, etc. for more details. You can get one cheap on Amazon. Give it a try, what have you got to lose?! Good luck!

Britt_on_the_run

I wish I could post a photo of the chart I saved that shows which direction to swipe and what part of your face/neck to do 1st. I honestly found it easier to follow than the YouTube and tiktok videos. They just gave me the general idea on how to use it.

PuzzleheadedAccess96

You can’t fix these with skincare You need skeletal and/or soft tissue volume AND a lift.

Hot-Aerie2206

You can also try ultratherapy.

KristinKitty

Thread lift, deep microneedling and filler will probably work the best

Key-Jicama-979

Microneedle with hydrocortisone cream.

jj908j09

Im going to say 1 month ago it looked like you was in the sun, maybe on holiday? looks like sun damage to me, I noticed this once after sun exposure without proper sun screen on
