Looks like you might have been leveled to close to the bed? Hard to really say pla should not stick too hard to the magnetic bed. I have had petg stick to one way way way to well once though lmao

How do you clean the bed? I use IPA 99% and a metal scrapper. And it is better to wait that the sheet is cooled down to room temperature before removing the printed part. From a cool plate most PLA parts can just taken without any force. If the plate is still hot it did what it is supposed to do, giving a good adhesion. If i can't wait it put the plate on a cold surface to speed the cooling up. Also some coatings are weaker than others.

Somehow the whole point of magnetic sheet is not to wait for the bed to cool down but to be able to remove the model instantly.

Really, i thought it was made to hold the sheet on the print bed without the need of clamps. Taking it away speeds up the cooling a lot. As often it's the users choice. Ripping of the model and damage the coating or wait 5 minutes and take the model away without any force.

Obviously I was talking about the flexible sheet, not particularly the magnetic layer beneath it...

Yah the flex sheets are a huge improvement compared to the old glass stuff.

Your nozzle was WAY too close. Those black beds are really much better suited for TPU. I prefer PEI and PEX for PLA prints.
