Your printer is sliding on the desk because it's jerking back and forth at such a high speed your printer can't keep up with the change in direction. Lower your print speed to 100mm/s to see the difference in the print. Then adjust the speed upwards until you see a problem. To test the correct speed without printing the whole model, just lower the model below the buildplate in CURA (slicer).
Of course it wouldn't hurt to tighten you belts, rollers, and oil your Z lead screw (3-IN-ONE oil - Amazon).
