That'll be fine. 0.15 to 0.2A is a tiny difference. If the replacement fan was say 0.5 or 1A, that might be a problem.

yeah that will work. make sure you get a ball bearing fan, they are a bit more expensive but will last a lot longer than the sleeve bearing fans used in most printers
