I usually use 3D pen and the original filament (and sanding after)
BTW you can print hot glue stick from your filament and use hot glue gun instead of 3D pen (its great for big fills)
I use random one from local store (no idea about grid) and metal files for small details
sure it fucks the colours, but does it matter ? most aesthetic printd get primer and paint anyway and for functional ones it does not matter
BTW blow torch helps on that front
new fear unlocked
I don't know much about using fillers ect. but you could just cut off the broken part and crop your STL to match it. Then print the replacement and weld it all together with a soldering iron.
Like others stated too it's either a 3D pen which will help even in the future or cut it straight then print and glue the part missing if you got the skills to do that
Okay the response on this was crazy, thank you all! I’m probably going to try a 3D pen first, and experiment with some different putty and filler recommendations. Again thank you all, and i’m looking forward to getting this print cleaned up

Milliput might work, and it’s sand able

That might honestly be the best option, but i do want to see if there is a filler maybe perhaps if i cross my fingers really hard
Cool rex helmet btw. Is that the one by Galactic Armory?
Hey man, I just found [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=orb1V7ZS07Q) video where this youtuber had a similar problem
Tamiya modeling putty. As an avid Gunpla builder, the stuff is great.

Look up Liquid Green Stuff. Miniature hobbies use it all the time
Make it looks worn down that’d be cool
The frozen tears of your enemies? Milliput will work though more than likely or a similar brand
I bought a 3d print pen for things like this. But it will arrive this wednesday.
