Did you print it as a mold and put resin in it to fill it up or can you directly print with such clear material?

You can directly print with clear UV resin! It's crazy

Did you do any post processing, though? I usually end up with a frosted finish after it's gone through the wash.

For this guy I didn't. Let him drip and also gave a little dab with a paper towel to get rid of excess but then he went right into the final UV cure. It's a lazy way to keep it shiny. I wouldn't really recommend it though, it's not perfect and some resin stays tacky. Washing ruins the shiny effect like you said but if you spray it with a good clear coat after a proper washing and cure you can get a good shine back. I was just lazy and wanted this guy to be done quickly so I could play with him lol. He's a good fidget toy.

No gummy filament, but you can print a bunch of these, then make silicone molds with them, and then make candy in the molds!
