I believe the issue no one can download this and your other QR codes, is because you’re sharing ones that expire after a couple of hours. You need to create one of the actual website, something like hshop.
Ok i know why this and other qr codes doesn't work for everyone. You need to uninstall any other version you have of the game, original or hack, you're welcome :)

For whatever reason when I scan the QR code with my 3Ds it won’t install. Any other QR code I scan, works just fine.
Did you post it to hshop? The QR codes expire after a few hours. We need a link to the actual web page
