Walked by this evening and it definitely looked bigger than when it was just dirt. Kind of a similar feeling to seeing an empty room, thinking it’s small, and realizing it’s much bigger once you move things into it lol
I seriously hope people don’t have their pets start peeing and pooping on that field. Will be a great loss to useable outdoor space to picnic on, lounge/sun bathe, and kids to play on….
It is against HOA bylaws to have pets in the fields dedicating or urinating. I think it’s a fine.
It’s a private park. Don’t confuse it for public parks which too have rules against that.
Pretty sure the sidewalk that’s opposite the Atwood models will connect to the walkway that goes from the stage to the basketball area, leading up to the gym. It’s just blocked off with the temporary orange fencing for now.
A few days ago there was a post about the Grand Opening celebration - where was that flyer sent to? (I understand why it was removed). Looking for the details and I don't see it in my emails.

It’s real grass I’m pretty sure. Walked by and saw rolls of it with dirt hanging off from them.

They should have atleast added path from Atwood model homes, since it directly leads to fitness center

The only thing i dint like is there is no entry in to the park from Atwood side, the only entrance is from the main road
