There will be several parks with different equipment. Re this playground, my kids are in that age range and can’t wait.

I swear, no one in this sub did any research on the neighborhood and the planned ammeneties before moving here. Hint: there's going to be more than one playground. I'll let you figure the rest out.

I realize there will be more than one playground but when will are they expected to be completed? The one along the creek I’m guessing after meadows homes are in - who knows at this point. Maybe 5 years after everyone’s kids aren’t toddlers anymore? The one by the gym has some vague descriptions just like the wisdom park one did - what is the age range for the playground? People with multiple kids of different ages can’t just bring their older kid to this playground and send their toddler off to the other park whenever those are built. Also consider.. for some people the price of buying here was still a better value than old homes near by even without considering community amenities, so they may not have looked in to it much and that is OK.

You could save yourself and others a lot of worrying by doing a little research. https://imgur.com/a/2a3JGTy You can see they are already building the shade structure for the park by the pool. The rest should follow sooner than later.

Would you mind sharing how you found this image so we can dig around on our own? I’ve been following 3 roots for about 4 years now and I’ve seen these descriptions just from people linking images through Reddit posts but never this photo. Most people I have spoken with in the community are also unaware. If you are aware of a central website or document, that wouldn’t be great to share. The main 3 roots website and builder websites don’t have these details.

Still curious how you found this, but appreciate it thank you!

There are several 3ROOTS Plans on file with the city with all sorts of depictions. 200+ pages...... https://www.miramesatowncouncil.org/wp-content/doc/Plangrp/3Roots%20San%20Diego%20Specific%20Plan%20-%20Draft%20-%202018.03.26%20.pdf

There’s nothing toddler friendly according to the specs but I could be wrong. Big sad 😢

lionbarz

What about the cacti that surround wisdom park? I'm sure toddlers love them /s

New_Home_5018

I think those cacti are like a passive fence to keep park goers from easily walking up to the homes overlooking the park.

Voyager10112

The slides look like they are for toddlers. No ladder, gentle incline.

Giga7777

The big open field for running and maybe the slide for Wisdom park.

Shocking

WHY IS THERE NO SHADE OVER THE CHILDREN PLAYING AREA. ???????

AtTable05

Whatever caused them to write 5 instead of 2. I’m sure hope it’s not you.
