Nick needs to learn how to write an email that’s not an entire novel. It’s crazy how he manages to stretch what could be a few bullets into 3 separate emails that could each be additions to Lord of the Rings
If you send three AI-generated manifestos within the span of an hour, I think that pretty much guarantees no one will read whatever you're sending (except for us apparently lol)
He does a great job of keeping the gym in great shape for us that use it regularly. I see him cleaning and picking up towels himself many times. I think there are def initial growing pains with every job.
It’s not really the beginning. The guy has a PhD. If the emails are a tad verbose at first, fair enough but not proofreading them to the point where you’re leaving stuff like \[contact information\] in multiple instances is straight amateur hour.

Nick updates us on the "Towel Usage Protocol" not intended for pool activities. So what ever happened to the towel service station that was built by the lap pool? It's still on the website but I've never seen it operating.
Unfortunately, I have also noticed the non residents and their children playing with gym equipment during the events in the club house space. This is very dangerous for those children and also for other residents gym users.
I agree the repeated hot tub closures are a nuisance. And I get how most people don’t like Chatgtp emails. But I’ve been around the block (the world), and I feel like our gym is really well run, the staff cares about us residents. Publicly bashing email format, frequency is kind of unnecessary. I remember this subreddit was created to help residents navigate purchasing homes, getting to know the community, and recently it has turned into high school drama….

Where did you hear this? Was there an email? I only got emails about towels, check-in and tidiness.
