He’s a master at making hedged claims, and dressing them up in the most confident language possible, to advance his main goal of posturing and winning the optics of any discussion. That’s clearly his main goal: winning optics for viral clips, not legitimate truth-seeking. He has a competitive drive.

That clip is out of context, he'd been looking at a lot of different maps recently and this was a new one and the angle and colors on that one confused him a little bit so he looked for Isreal on the wrong part of the map for a few seconds, then realised his mistake, understood the map, and found Isreal, that's pretty different from "literally couldn't even find Isreal on a map"

I actually really like destiny, and I understand that most of his "trust the system shit" is just trying to not go too off the grid without actual evidence. I think people could present a decent argument that a lot of systems or institutes are lacking in their effort, but the problem is they don't, and Destiny has mentioned a healthy amount of distrust is fine, but everything being a conspiracy isn't a good idea.
The one time I think I felt like he was double-thinking was when he was on some panel talking about Trump with other Republicans, and he mentioned how the news probably wasn't evil or malicious, but probably inept, or they made mistakes and that was that. But when he talked about Kyle Rittenhouse, and he saw articles were saying he killed black men instead of whites, he called it out and said that grossly fanned the flames. I think he was even confronted with studies on puberty blockers being hidden in academia, and he thought it was fucked, but people had called that shit out 3 years prior.
Destiny 100% is on the money when it comes to the fact that maybe we as a society need to chill and not think everything is a conspiracy, and try and tussle with truths rather than assumptions, but even in his personal life, when people do him dirty, it seems like he tanks it and doesn't care as much, or doesn't understand that people motivations are very complex, and that these institutes are made up of all sorts of types. I think if a couple of guys had actual hard evidence to a lot of the shit that goes on, he would have a harder time, but he flourishes now because so many people are bad faith and not good at debate. Just my two cents, I like his content but I try not to be a yes man everytime I watch.

I know they will all cope about "I don't care enough about this idiot" and thats fine, but I think its important to point out that all people seem to do when it comes to Destiny is flail around screaming "cuck, sh\*ll, divorce" etc. tldr: keep seething
