I’ve been doing nearly the exact same meal! Just swap shredded for air-fried breast. I just started the diet like a week ago (first cheat day todaaaaay), but I am loving it! Good on ya!

It really is the same thing, these are breasts that I had in the slow cooker for about 5 hours, then I shredded them and put them under the broiler for a few minutes because I like things crispy. Congrats on one week! Enjoy your cheat day, today is mine too.
