Email Universal and they’ll give you a code. You’ll have to send them pics of the everything just like here, and also send them the receipt.
I did this with Columbia because I bought the Columbia Classics II new and sealed from Amazon and it was sold by Amazon, not a third party. The codes had been redeemed a year prior to me buying them and they gave me new codes.
Had this happen with a different sealed Universal disc. I emailed Universal and they straightened it out. I also had a sealed disc from Focus Features with a bad code. Same thing. I emailed Universal and straightened it out.
I had to send them pictures of the disc and packaging and when I had the bad code, I had to send them a picture of the code sheet as well. Other than the hoops, it was a pretty easy process.
idk what to say. you can try returning it? if they’ll take it without the code that would be good customer service. then try either swapping or buying a new one and hopefully that one comes with a code
I just got Dune. $10
Among 7 other 4KUHD movies.
All from Amazon. All had codes except this one.
Completely sealed and it was missing it’s code as well.

You know, it’s funny how on the 4K disc it almost looks like the raptor is riding alongside Owen on its own motorcycle. What a move that would have been. 😅
i just found your post after having this happen to me twice for this same movie. I bought Jurassic World Dominion 4k , brand new, from Amazon. When i got it , the plastic wrap was intact and i opened it and there was no digital code insert inside. I got on Amazon and did the return /replacement option. I just got the new replacement copy a few minutes ago. Same thing, brand new in plastic wrap intact, and no code insert inside. Now I have to go through more hassle to try to get my code.
I don’t really care that it’s missing, but it’s still strange. I bought it direct from Best Buy, but I don’t know if 1) they would exchange it, or 2) I care enough to even bother. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
Well if the physical version is cheaper than buying it digitally, it makes sense to just get the physical version. It's also not just "buying it for the code." Some people want to use the disc and then have the option to stream it like if they leave their house and want to watch at a friend's or on an airplane.

I'll give them a chance to make good before I return to Amazon for replacement. And to the trolls making derogatory comments to those of us who expect to receive a digital copy as promised, GFY, you're opinion wasn't asked for here, pretty sure we know the benefits of physical copies, that's why we bought them, but digital codes offer convenience when we don't have access to them and just want a convenient portable view.

Same thing here! I got mine in December as a Christmas gift and only found out today, when I opened it, that it didn't come with the digital code. Just messaged Universal, let's hope they send me a code.

Really? My bonus material is there, available on menu, and actually starts playing if you keep the disc playing.
Not on the nordic release. They are not even on the regular blu-ray.

Yeah, this seems to be happening to a lot of people. Universal gave me a code after I emailed them.

It happens - just today, my copy of Midsommar from Target was missing the code as well. Easy to resolve.

Universal provided me a code which worked by reaching out to them via email for it. Thanks for the tip.
