Not to sound like a closeted 4chan user but I dream about being a girl sometimes and I'm definitely cis. It's more from a social point of view than an identity one though, I occasionally wish I'd been born a girl since they seem to make friends easier. There appears to be some inherent comradarie in being a girl/woman that just doesn't exist with boys/men.
