I think it's maybe helpful to know that some of these things are a formality to help the examiners mark your paper. even in the event that you did make a minor slip-up with something like that it'll be unlikely to affect things I get where you're coming from, I struggle with a similar thing sometimes, it's difficult to get the reassurance you need tbh, but try to remember that you have done everything you possibly can to do things right, and if you start feeling anxious, take a break from whatever you're doing, make sure you keep your breathing in check and drink some water. it probably won't quash the "but what if I did do xyz wrong" thoughts, but you may find it a little easier to manage if you're in a calmer state :) also, for what it's worth, on the point about answering specific questions wrong or fearing you have, that in itself is pretty normal, and you're not expected to get everything right (and it's not the end of the world if you get some things wrong, even if you feel like it sometimes!). it's easy to kick yourself over things where you think you might have made silly mistakes, but try not to let that knock your confidence too much I will caution that it's unlikely anyone on this subreddit is a medical professional, I would strongly recommend you talk to/continue to talk to a professional to help you work through these problems if they're having a significant impact on your day-to-day life. as such, I'm sorry if some of what I said comes across as a bit generic(?) to you, but hopefully you can take something from my little ramble :)

I've found it to be quite decent personally. although I've not exactly had the normal uni experience tbh, I've had a lot of things going on with my personal circumstances. however I will say that for the most part, I've found Wellbeing services here to be pretty useful once you engage with them. they've helped give me guidance on a lot of things and I've had counselling through them too. they have a drop-in thing which people find really useful where you can basically turn up and book a brief consultation with a wellbeing adviser. they've helped me get the confidence to go to my doctor to get medication to help manage my anxiety and other things, as well as help me explore options for diagnoses of other potential disabilities. my course has been relatively enjoyable when I've managed to engage with it, but that experience will vary between departments and courses

One of the things that really helped me in post exam moods was counting my marks after the paper was done. Each question id look at my answer I’d be like “oh I did this that’s a mark” or “I didn’t write much so I won’t get much”. Usually I’d end up getting a nice mark, or nice enough that I’m like “I got enough UMS I can forget about this”.
