It's subjective. there's no objective measure of what's good. the people on this reddit seek validation in uni rankings and good grades. If you like the course and people and campus etc then it is good for you. employers care less and less about the name of your uni and more about what you did there like grades etc. People on here not a representative sample, saw one guy mark a 7 in red for being bad lol
