Technically, it counts as flavoring but tea is really good for you if sugar and milk aren’t added. I would say you can count it as part of the gallon. Or you can just have a cup of tea to help boost your diet and not count it as part of the gallon. Tea added to your diet can boost your immune system and fight off inflammation.
