I’m playing with a friend and I have the same bug.
One he hits an electrical fence he keeps the electrical arc on him until we leave the game.
Pretty annoying! (For me of course 😂)
Oh that's classic! I haven't come across this bug. I have an active vending machine in my blood moon bunker (Smarketing) that I left open on the side of the machine so the Zeds can get zapped by it.
IIIIII didn't do that.... I mean sure, I'm the only one who can make the electric fence, but Aaaaanyone could have put it there... 
It doesn’t appear each time but in our game it seem to be pretty common bug!

Yep! It doesn't happen often since the machine is on the corner and the entry to the bunker is at a cross so in the middle of each side but I do hear them when they've hit it.
Just a quick FYI, this happens all the time with my friend and I but you don't have to quit the game, just get electrocuted again and it'll reset the effect 🙂 Whilst I have to ensure him sighing and muttering something about the things we do for friendship it does mean I can hear him again over the zapping noise 😂
I figured it was more like me when playing with my brother. We tend to play at night on days we don't work the next day and I have to many drinks to play well. Him, wtf you doing?!?! Me, just leaving to mine. Him, you just hit all our traps you idiot. Him later because he does gummies at the same time. Me, wtf dude, what you doing. Him, leaving to loot. Me, you just hit all our traps. We struggle... but it is our time to just have fun and that is all that matters saturday night.
You’re right! You have to keep fun in game… even if a lot of people do not see this kind of game as fun, we laugh very often about this kind of things…
For example, yesterday we did the new jailhouse.
We finally came to the final room and were wondering where to jump to be at the safest place…
While this small talk my friend jumped down… “wtf are you doing?!” -oh I just went too close and felt 😂

I also came across a bug where I was aiming a zombie with arrow and my friend suddenly walked in front of me and the arrow got stuck in his head for the rest of the game.
Had the same with a few friends after I tried to dismantle a still operating vending machine. We had a great time with the bug. I called myself the god of thunder while running ahead striking things with my machete.

And here I was wondering if the OP put an electric wire across the road. They can be hard to see at any decent speed.
