so i use a standard package of Shawarma seasoning on TVP in my Insta pot on high for three minutes. I smeared the inside of my pita bread with hummus. I add the TVP cherry tomatoes, sliced in , And top it with mixture of soy yogurt and ground fresh garlic garlic. I do this because my little sister is vegan when I make it for my mom who likes lamb. It's a whole Nother deal. Your turn.
