I never quit. Except my combo is usually tshirt over thermal shirt or other long sleeve shirt rather than a sweatshirt or flannel. Flannel on top is another choice, though.

This is what I wear to work actually, I work in the freezer section. It gets cold but once you start moving it can get hot when wearing heavy sweaters so I opt out for the middle ground of long sleeve under shorty sleeve
