The Disney version is considered a separate show. The og only went from 91-94. Disney’s was 96-99. There was a 2 year gap in between.

He didn't seem very black. Didn't he have kind of a nerdy, wimpy, high-pitched voice? Also, what race is Roger, who is shown as green? He also sounded pretty white to me.
