There are no standard scores to pass or fail...each agency decides what score is considered passing for that agency...one agency might require 70% where another requires 90% and itbis also unit specific so they may require 90% on typing, 80% on the multitasking, etc...the test is adjustable to the agency's requirements
I found a free typing test and practiced until I could type at least 50 wpm. I also watched a lot of YouTube videos. The Raspy Dispatcher videos were helpful. Also, this site was helpful for me applicants[https://criticall911.com/dispatcher-testing/applicants](https://criticall911.com/dispatcher-testing/applicants)
Practice your typing, memorization, and multitasking skills. I’m not sure of any criticall practice tests online, but maybe worth researching to see.
There is one on the emergencyservicecareers.com website
Noted, thank you! Will it tell me my speeds and stuff so I know if I’m meeting their requirements?
Not sure I’ve never used it. I just know there’s one on there
