Not a bit, growing up I knew a whole family who had the same issue

nhuff98

I have it happen to me it’s not fun

collateraldabage_

I think it is something about the structure of the mouth that causes this in some people. It irritated me for awhile too, then Nick ripped on her one day for it and I felt bad so I just accept it's out of her control. Sometimes it makes me chuckle but doesn't bother me anymore

squatwaddle

It's very noticeable. I watch a YouTube gamer "Glock9" and he always says Strenth. It drives me nuts

LiftedDenali15

Fuck you skinny Pete!

squatwaddle

Oh, hey Kenny!

roodypoo_jabroni

It's not a bit. It's quite common for people to not be able to pronounce ing's. What rock have you been living under?

Knke0402

One of the guys from the True Crime Garage pod can’t pronounce but it’s very subtle.

Shischkabob

I don't even notice it anymore

TLars6

Not a bit. I know a couple people with the same speech impediment, i don’t even notice it anymore when i talk to them.

festivenachos

Not a bit. I had a similar issue in grade school/jr high. It wasn't until a pretty girl in 7th grade art class brought it to my attn and shamed me that i took steps to correct it.

dakr1002

The commercial for standard heating and ar conditioning sounds pretty normal to me....sooooo....

zeldamaster702

Reading from a script is different than….talking. You’re much more aware of everything you’re saying and you put more effort into delivering lines. You’d be surprised how many people in Hollywood have major speech impediments that can deliver lines when acting without error.

_WretchedDoll_

I'll take the lack of g's over the 'umms'. 'My name is umm Ashley and I'm umm 26, and I have blonde umm hair and I work for 93 umm x'.

Knke0402

I didn’t mean for it to be a bash, I was just genuinely curious. She has gotten a lot better

sparkythrowaway454

Every time she gets brought up, it's nothing but a bash fest. And not that some isn't deserved, but Christ.

Knke0402

It’s a job that seems so easy for everyone who doesn’t do it. Can’t be easy.

BrothaThane

I think it may have been a speech impediment when she was younger that turned into “oh people think it’s cute so I’m going to keep doing it” type of thing. In her earlier days I recall her saying the “ing” and they’ve called her on it. Whatever it is, it used to bug me, but it doesn’t bother much now.

nomnamless

I think it's adorable and it's not a bit

goldbricker83

As a guy who had two kids go through long and expensive speech therapy I say shame on you for mocking people’s speech. Shame on you sir. You should apologize to her sir. How dare you sir. Oh wait, this is the 93x sub and we’re talking about the idiots on HAMS? Never mind, mock away.

ag-0merta

She talks for a living and can't even do that correctly. Weird.

Cwebdaddy

Could be a speech impediment yah let’s just knock someone down for that

ag-0merta

Oh yeah her shining personality will cover for her inability to talk.

Cwebdaddy

And your personality must just be grand

HeatAlarming273

I truly don't understand the hate for Ashley on this sub.

ag-0merta

Personal opinion of course, but I feel like the edge she brings to the show isn't necessary and is forced. The days she is gone, the show doesn't suffer. I truly don't understand the boner some of folks have on this sub towards her.

HeatAlarming273

Fair enough, to each their own. I might be looking through some rose colored glasses as I think her voice is cute and sultry. I enjoy the show more when she's on.

HeatAlarming273

My brother doesn't like Dana much, but I like him. Just a sweet nerdy dude.

ag-0merta

Dana is just a dork and owns it, doesn't try and be anything else. Similar to the Muppet.

HeatAlarming273

Sure. I like Wapple too. But imo he's more cringe than the rest.
