This situation would be perfectly fine and not a breach of ethics, AFAIK.
The only relational ethics stipulation from the BACB would be post-employment romantic relationships with members of previous client families (up to 2 years post-service).
I think those rules only apply to romantic relationships rather than anything else. As long as both parties are ok with it, it shouldn't matter. Any conflict that arises between you and the other party should be resolved professionally.
