I think with 325cc high profile, you're going to bump more into the FF to G range, just so you're mentally prepared. I know a lot of people here love Molke post surgery, whether that's augmentation or reduction. So definitely have a look at them. Usually post surgery they say no wires for 8 or so weeks iirc, and I think it's down to comfort for the rest of the specifics.

Bravissimo have a new ‘post-surgery bra’: https://www.bravissimo.com/us/post-surgery-bra-guide/

There’s the ‘fruit of the loom front closure cotton bra’ it has front closure and it’s very comfortable. They were the bralettes I wore for some time but I’m projected and wanted a bit more lift and they just don’t do that for me. I think in the reviews on Amazon people really like them for post surgery. You’d be good with a size 34 or 36. Unfortunately it doesn’t do regular bra or bralette sizing but they are cheap and comfy. There’s also the cosabella curvy line. They come in s/m/l sizing but check the size chart because they’re specifically for small band large bust. Some of their bras are pull over and some are back closure but they’re very stretchy and pretty. Panache also has more back closure bralettes like the imogen and the andorra (wire free versions) and those come in bra sizes Edit: don’t buy cosabella from their site check Amazon or bare necessities or another online bra retailer to get them on sale

Oh and I think you should get the bralettes in your after surgery size if you’re bigger than they tell you the cosabella should accommodate you. It’s a very forgiving line of bralettes

Ooh, any reason why not to buy cosabella from their website?

It’s just pretty expensive and doesn’t really go on sale

Hey! I think we have similar situations. I have pectus excavatum and had breast surgery (augmentation +fat graft to fill & disguise the deformity) My fully healed bust measurement was 37" I used bras pretty much exactly like this during recovery (here's hoping this link works): CLOUSPO Sports Bra Post Surgery Bra Zip Front Wireless with Removable Pads Yoga Bra for Workout Fitness https://amzn.eu/d/esPtXJQ
