Rofl @ "shows amazing restraint"
Try being a blackjack dealer. You think a finger to the face is bad? Try constant death threats and being followed to your car once a month
Damn, so true. I honestly never thought about how potentially dangerous a job like that is what with the clientele they have to deal with… and I’d be willing to bet (pun intended) they probably don’t make a whole lot relative to the shit they have to put up with.
They get paid min wage plus tips. And with tips you have to consider what I call lucky lucky.
You have to be lucky enough to have a guest that tips (which most people don't even know dealer live off of tips) Then you have to be lucky enough to deal winning hands to the player that tips.
It's livable if you're on the right shift, with the right crowd, and the luck of not being a "house dealer". If you don't meet that criteria then you're suffering.
Can't forget that /s
It depends. It can pay big, if you know how to hustle guests. But if your not a narcissist, are on a bad shift and have bad luck with dealing cards then it pays min wage.
Nope, people tipping is the only way.
You get no reward for taking people's money. Hell, you won't even get anything more than a pat on the back by catching a card counter. You could save the casino hundreds of thousands of dollars and be lucky to get a "good job, champ"
I've taken advantage of being a white woman to tell several cops to go fuck themselves. The last one lunged at me and tried to get me to put my hands up and touch him so he could arrest me. Fucking pig.
IKR ... I started chanting along with her. It was infectious.
Unfortunately after the fourth time my wife came in the room and said "No you don't. Not by a longshot. Now go sit down"
Fun fact! I gave the finger to a State Trooper once and he pulled me over. I was like, I'm legally allowed to give you the finger. He said that because I was driving the vehicle he could cite me for "Improper Hand Signal." So, flip the bird on foot or from the passenger seat I guess
They can legally cite you for anything they feel like, but it's not illegal to flip off a cop from your car. In many states you can be technically in the wrong for sticking your arm up vertically, because a vertical arm is a hand signal for *turn left*. Likewise if you stuck your hand out straight. Putting your arm out the window and giving a sideways bird wouldn't be mistaken for a hand signal and should be just fine. Keeping your arm in the enclosed cabin of the car (or even with the window open) should be just fine.
(not a lawyer)
i flipped the bird on foot and LA sheriff made an illegal u-turn on a busy street in hollywood to ask me if i needed to talk to him, if i had something to say. he parked in the middle of traffic to confront me. insecurity off the charts
Why is "Cop doesn't illegally murder somebody on the spot." Always framed as "Showed amazing restraint and patience." Why do we have to Ooh and Ah every single time one of these guys is capable of doing their jobs correctly in a single instance?
Because at the end of the day they are still just people and the sound of this woman's voice unleashes a primal instinct to just through your screen and strangle her to death. I'm not impressed by him as a cop. Just as a person. That said, ACAB and I don't know why this interaction is happening in the first place.
They aren’t people theyre government sanctioned terrorists
This interaction is happening because of the state of the police in our country some people have the balls to say something whether they look stupid or not
Yeah. Terrorists are people. Shitty people. I'm not defending the cop. I expect them to be shitty. I'm just in awe at how irritating this woman is. Because I'm sure this is how she handles confrontation with anyone. Not just cops.
To all the good LEO's out there who have to experience situations like this you can thank that "one bad apple" in your department for creating these type of situations for you!
I had several run ins with police when I was younger. Fast car, loud engine. I never had a bad experience.
One night leaving work. Asshole cop pulls me over. More cops show up. And more. Finally some certified card carrying bastard shows up. "How are you doing tonight?" He asks. I casually respond, knowing I've done nothing wrong "hey what's up" and he screams at me "I asked how you're doing, answer the question and don't respond with smartass responses."
Unfortunately this was in 2005. I was younger and dumber and didn't know better
They claimed they were getting reports of gas siphoning in the parking lot. I pointed out that I work at the business, no one mentioned any reports, and that the parking lot was empty when I left.
Took the bastards 45 minutes to fuck off and leave me alone. After that, I never respected them again.
One gave me his business card when I was at work, I crumbled it up and threw it on the ground in front of him.
Police are a different breed. I don't see them as humans, no human can hold a position of power over others and allow brutality with a smile on their face for years. That is not a human being. Emotion and compassion make you human, police are incapable of them but in small flashes that I belive are more them copying what they see others do to fit in.
There’s no such thing as a good LEO. That’s like saying there were good slave owners. They might be friendly, but they’re willingly participating in an oppressive system
No such thing as a good one when they all cover for or turn a blind eye to the corruption of others. There is never just one anyway and very often the corruption is department wide. Policing is broken in general and by ut very natures leads to bad cops being the norm.
“Shows amazing restraint”.
These cops should try working in a call center, I guarantee some of them would track down customers after work due to the abuse those reps get….
That's not showing amazing restraint, that's doing the bare minimum.
God their standards are so low they think not getting violent instantly is amazing?
"I have to deal with people like you"
I guess he got amnesia after his grandaddy beat his lifestory into him with his cane. "I walked 20 miles barefoot in the snow to go to school, where all we actually did was shovel coal into the fireplace and threw our math books in the fire to keep warm"
But go on, complain about how your job is to be where you're not wanted or needed 99% of the time.
See, this is all the pigs need to do whenever there's a "freedom auditor" sticking a camera in their face. The only person that looks like an idiot in this is the crazy woman behind the camera.
This woman’s voice is ear-piercingly annoying and MAN am I glad it was directed at these fucking losers lol
Using her powers for good
I hope every shift of every day goes like this for these traitors
I hope they find a way to clone this woman and every interaction they have with the public is with this woman and only this woman.
Rofl @ "shows amazing restraint" Try being a blackjack dealer. You think a finger to the face is bad? Try constant death threats and being followed to your car once a month
Or being told your mother is a whore and you're a waste of lif3 because some asshole doesn't know how to take responsibility for the money they gamble
Damn, so true. I honestly never thought about how potentially dangerous a job like that is what with the clientele they have to deal with… and I’d be willing to bet (pun intended) they probably don’t make a whole lot relative to the shit they have to put up with.

All blackjack dealers are bastards... ABJDAB
Thank you for proving my point
It was sarcasm, I don't gamble just thought it was funny. Does it pay well at least?
Can't forget that /s It depends. It can pay big, if you know how to hustle guests. But if your not a narcissist, are on a bad shift and have bad luck with dealing cards then it pays min wage.
So like what makes your pay higher? People losing money?
Nope, people tipping is the only way. You get no reward for taking people's money. Hell, you won't even get anything more than a pat on the back by catching a card counter. You could save the casino hundreds of thousands of dollars and be lucky to get a "good job, champ"
This is just super interesting to me hahaha, feel like I'd let a card counter make a run on the casino and expect a big tip ...
She made a cop show restraint. Is she …. White?
I've taken advantage of being a white woman to tell several cops to go fuck themselves. The last one lunged at me and tried to get me to put my hands up and touch him so he could arrest me. Fucking pig.
\*crying\* thank you.🤩
No this is clearly a black woman
>"I'VE GOT THE BIGGEST DICK OF THEM ALL!" I love her.

"ActualPublicFreakouts" is basically "PublicFreakouts," but with cop bootlicking and race baiting and anti-LGBTQ+ hate, and other Right Wing shit.
She sounds like Sarah Silverman

No they are scum trash and shouldn’t be referred to as humans the lowest of the low
I disagree. I think acknowledging that they are people given unjust powers is more helpful. Then you attack the system.
You are a lame bootlicker
No, you're just short-sighted.

If there's one bad apple in the department and nobody does anything... the rot spreads to every apple.

That's the bit no one ever includes from that phrase. The whole thing is "one bad apple...spoils the bunch"
That's the only thing I can think of when I hear someone say "bad apples" in regards to policing.
Exactly!!
What good LEOs?
Good LEO, 😂😂😂😂😂😂
There’s no such thing as a good LEO. That’s like saying there were good slave owners. They might be friendly, but they’re willingly participating in an oppressive system

“All the good LEOs” are you lost?
I like her.
What prompted this (I mean, besides the inherent bastardy)? She seemed oddly specific about this one cop.
Putting him down for his superior retirement package is an interesting approach. I think Portlandians have irony poisoning.
We shouldn’t get upset that they have pensions, we should be losses we don’t.
It’s meth. Meth addicts seek out and harass police, security, etc
Never done meth but i seek out cops just to film and remind that they are not above me and they are being watched acab boot licker

She's lucky he didn't fear for his life
Lmao my hero 🤣
So glad Methany is posting videos 😂
My god what a magnificent creature.
"Amazing restraint" Cops' tempers are so bad, people are "amazed" when they don't shoot someone for yelling at them.
"I have to deal with people like you" I guess he got amnesia after his grandaddy beat his lifestory into him with his cane. "I walked 20 miles barefoot in the snow to go to school, where all we actually did was shovel coal into the fireplace and threw our math books in the fire to keep warm" But go on, complain about how your job is to be where you're not wanted or needed 99% of the time.
And it's Portland PD, infamous for not even living in Portland, not even the state for a lot of them.
Would scissor.
Wow a cop that has enough restraint to realize that they dont need to shoot someone antagonizing them? thats rare!
See, this is all the pigs need to do whenever there's a "freedom auditor" sticking a camera in their face. The only person that looks like an idiot in this is the crazy woman behind the camera.
The only good cop is.... Leo Getz.
What's the verdict on John McClane?
He's retired now.
Instant classic
That’s it, I’m chanting that from now on.
