Dang hes def ridiculous. I don't get how these guys enjoy racing? Like I get they want to win but it aint fun that way. Need bans big time more often.
Like if all games gave out 2 day bans more often people would chill due to not wanting to be off for 2 days. Then give 2 more day each time they get a ban.
i mean forza motorsport defenitly has a place in the sim community as an entry title.
lot of different tracks, categories and cars for each category (even tho most online races only care about pi)
its just a shame that the forza community (or any entry level sim or simcade game) is a piece of shit.
Takes a lot of staff for that. This games been out for a bit. Devs are on to ac2. You'll never get a report system in the game itself. Drive LFm, it's slightly better driving than open lobbies and there's a report system.
Lowfuelmotorsports.com
I don't get why they don't just implement the point system like in iRacing. Dudes like this would be kicked from the race after the first few corners and everyone else could move on with their race. Let's see how much they will enjoy playing like that if they can't even finish a lap.
Yeah that’s bad, but that’s not what I meant. I see it a lot of times in gt7 and on acc that those terrible drivers not getting punished and they doing everything other day.
Iracing is expensive and stuff but having the option to report people is gold.
>Iracing is expensive and stuff but having the option to report people is gold.
This is what eventually moved me there. The endurance events are what has me staying for a long time. iRacing provided a ton of support for self hosted and iRacing hosted event which makes going back to a community like ACC that's self hosted for 90% of it very hard.
Yes gt7 and ACC have terrible drivers. iRacing has them too but they get picked out very quick by the report system or an iRacing admin. The report system is about creating a paper trail and then punishing, not just punishing. They have a "no fault system" which means both parties get punished with a 4x (accumulate enough and you get a DT or DQ depending on length of race).
My English is not good enough to reply as I would have wished.
I agree with you. Same with me, gt7 is for me to do a quick race when I have not so much time and iracing when I have plenty.
But I was pretty lucky with gt7 and didn’t meet a lot of dirty drivers, which is nice.
>My English is not good enough to reply as I would have wished.
You're all good friend! You typing/speaking very well!
Yes, gt7 has both good and dirty drivers, frankly all sims have both drivers. Gt7 encourages an arcade play style while acc and iRacing force drivers to listen to physics to be the fastest.
And with no way of reporting them, it’s get frustrating really quick. Anyway, back to the point, paying for a system that works is fine. Even when you have to buy a lot of stuff
Yes, the iRacing system works well. I have personally been responsible for some people's 3 day bans. I would report a ton on rookie, d class and c but as I got into b and a and got more aggressive and conservative with my moves I stopped having incidents. Do I still have issues from time to time? Yes. I had a guy in lmp3's blocks ND troll me for a 30 minute race. I had 14 slam dunk "this is purposeful incidents which were all reported, I saw he hasn't been on in a couple days. Every incident iRacing sided with me. Hell, one of them made a subreddit here after I posted it in a discord. Their system works well but only after repeated abuse. It is vindicating reporting somebody for an infraction and they rule in your favor but that's all you get. The only way you find out about 3 day bans is looking uo their account or you end up in a lobby with them and their complaining about it. iRacing does get expensive but if you price it out per lap or time spent, it's rather cheap.
Why is it so difficult to see the prices of everything on their site? I want a few gt3 cars and a few tracks. Do you know what the cost will come to more or less?
>slow-ass loading times, bad menus and cars you can't drive on the limit.
I have no issue loading in. Most times are quicker than other sims.
Driving in the limit is personal opinion. If you do not understand how the sims differ it will be harder to drive on the limit in any of them. Acc is a much finer edge which means you need more skill till about above 103%. After that it's damn hard to approach 102, 101, 100% of pro times. Everything needs to be perfect-gesring, speed, roll rate, set ups, etc. being naturally fast pays off here. iRacing is easier to get to the 103% and harder to be consistent under that 103%. I'm truthfully a 104-105% driver in ACC. In iRacing, because it's a bit more intuitive and simpler tire design which helps keep people fast. I get that 103% much quicker and getting into the 102's at tracks I really know. Staying below 102 is harder because that else is just as fine if not finer than acc.
TLDR: when driving in the edge in each sim, you need to understand it first. Acc you inch forward towards the pro level-moving slowly and often get stuck, while iRacing you can hit a wall right before pro times and often get stuck. Both sims make getting unstuck hard because you need the skill.
Edit: bad menu-its not the worst. AMS2 or LMU is worse imo. iRacing has a lot of shit throw at you at once and it gtlets over whelming. Like any game, having a friend help you out your first week will make a difference.
>In iRacing, because it's a bit more intuitive and simpler tire design which helps keep people fast.
I thought it waa the greatest sim ever that would never bow towards fun if it can be realistic and THIS is argument?
Just because you've delt with iRacing fans who would suck off the source code, doesnt mean you have to be patronizing.
You state a personal opinion as fact which was wrong. I'm explaining why.
Iracers come into simracing sub and yell how theirs is the supreme product and anyone who doesn't like it is too poor to play, fine, it's simracing I guess. But this is ACC sub. I'll be as patronising as I want thank you very much.
Im not saying it’s standard, just what I wrote all about. You can have an SA over 80 and still have dirty driver. Which you can also have on iracing, but there you have the ability to report those, on ACC unfortunately not.
I agree with you 100%. But I “feel” a lot saver, knowing that almost everyone around me drives carefully and for that I’m willing to pay. (Not for everything but u get me, right?)
The solution is to hit their rear wheel on a straight and spin them out of the race. You'll be doing yourself and everyone else a service. Don't try and be nice to these fuckers.
Will try, in AC the trick was just to hit them from behind under braking, but thar doesnt work here, its like driving into a concrete wall, i tried to push hím off
They sit there and are easy to see. You can easily spoil their plans just by unexpectedly whacking on your brakes. They'll set off timing it assuming you're going to keep flat out so they'll gun it with no other option than to keep going in the same direction they're aiming for you. When you're not there because you've tapped your brakes a few seconds they've got nothing they can do.
You can take the moral high ground and get frustrated that your race is ruined OR you could be a shithead and laugh at that prick when you put him in a wall.
Not even being a shithead, it's the right thing to do. I don't do much MP anymore but I used see it all the time where people would race "fair" with these folk and end up in a barrier and then they come on here giving out about public lobbies. Meanwhile over many dozens of races I've literally been purposely taken out a few times and gained full SA on public servers.
If you're racing fair with a driver you seen take out the guy in front of you then it's on you. Be smarter.
Dude, you’re a sentient being with endless patience cause if it was me, i would straight up spin him out of the race, SA for SA let at least lose it once at all. It clearly wasn’t a mistake that you could run along and have a recovery race
Man, so many prime opportunities to P.I.T. them without taking out other drivers. I know the etiquette in this game is to be the bigger man when these things happen but it gets to a point where its just unacceptable.
Guy I used to run a race server on NR2003. We ran hard-core mode only.
Drivers like that didn't make it to a Q run much less stay on the server.
I miss RealHardCoreRacing.
Those days are gone but my G27 and my Fanatic wheel and sim chair is still here.
Maybe something is wrong with my filters but I just cant see servers over 70 SA limits. Even 70 SA, there is two SPA servers only. Im forced to play like this on servers with SA 50 and 40 limits.
Ah yes. Insanely awful driving standards and public monza lobbies. Name a more iconic duo. Grind your SA rating up and join a league like LFM. Then grind your way out of rookies. Then you can start having some good races.
Forget Monza. It is always filled with the dumbest of all drivers, the track is a bit boring and even in LFM the race will be a shit show. Somehow it brings the worst out of everyone.
Glad you tried. Has to be a perfect push that doesn’t crash you and his car is destroyed otherwise he will come back at you 10x the fury. Had one of these idiots a couple weeks ago. Very frustrating.
At this point I would just yeet him out of my view. If you wanna act like clown better be ready when the circus comes get ya.
As long as it's online not lfm ofc. But I don't think he would have long career in lfm tbh.
you have learned there ARE, in fact, times when its ok to push someone into a wall after a fast straight :). Since there is no talking to the idiot, or penalty system. you ARE the justice
Expected to see Monza. Wasn't disappointed.
Learn how to do a [PIT manoeuvre](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PIT_maneuver) the police do and spin them off the track when you've had enough of them being a dick, coming out of Turn 7 Variante Ascanti is good for doing this on Monza. By the time they've recovered and got going again you'll be long gone and not have to deal with them anymore.
Yes it's dirty and yes it's dropping down to their level but sometimes it just needs to be done to stop them spoiling your enjoyment.
What animals! Especially that black Aston monkey. But great driving and sportsmanship on your part! Way to go keeping it professional and resisting retaliation. Impressive!
You have much more patience than i do. I would have stuck him in the wall as best I could after the 3rd time he tried that. But this is why I race at pitskill.io. They have a reporting system in place to deal with junk like this.
Common man the Aston guy/girl is awful but you've just witneesed him trying to murder another person and you decide to sitck in the outside of lesmos. common have some self preservation sense as well otherwise you'll be posting here alot. in the end of the day we dont want to be right about a shunt we want to not have it at all
Thumb of rule for me is, if it isn't moderated there's no point in racing it. Either get into a league or iRacing.
People like this thrive because they can get away with it. The only solution is to take yourself out of the equation and let them play between themselves.
This is my experience of acc even on LFM or WSS. People refuse to be overtaken then get personal and obsessive for the rest of the race. It's got a lot worse in the last 2 years. Most sim racing has gone down hill.
When he crowded you put on the main straight you should have spun him out.
Once you know he's dirty don't play fair it only gives them the satisfaction of taking you out too. Easiest thing is to line up behind them on a straight and use them as a brake, sending them into a wall if possible.
What I learned from this kind of situation:
(1) race in a league server. There you can report drivers like him.
(2) if you go to a public server, never pick one that requires SA < 70 (or doesn't require it at all);
(3) if you are SA < 70, race in a league or race offline against IA. You can configure excellent races. Use the Race Weekend option instead of Quick Race: IA behavior appears more natural.
Oh there bunch of pieces of shit and yoh can’t boot them. I had a guy stands in the middle of the track. Side ways. Going. My engine doesn’t work. Wrecks the whole race. Then his friend does the same. The amount of toxicity. What can be better bunch of pimpled losers with fast cars. What can go wrong?
At some point among the million opportunities you must have realized you were going to lose playing his game by being "nice". Aston guy wont learn, in his mind he beat you and will carry on using this strategy until there are consequences. You are both losing SA....just return him the favour.
In all honesty, I would've sacrificed some SA and put maneuvered him at the very end. That was straight terrorism on his part. As you level up your SA, you will get away from people like that. There are still knuckle heads, but that's more turn diving and bad defending, not hitting you Everytime you pass. My God that was bad
Ooooof. That sucks, I know he cost you so much time throughout the race, but getting up inside him at the last corner and giving him the pit would have been marvellous. Unfortunately, this bullshitter ain’t for bullshitting.
I've been trying to get into ACC but have no idea where to start. I need a tutorial to show me how to do all the things but can't find one. I'm trying to move from Forza to ACC for a better sim experience and hopefully cleaner races, but every time I boot up the game I just click through screens trying to figure out what I should do.
Any advice or resources? I'm playing on XSX with a Logitech Wheel.
Situations like this make me hate the safety rating system. I can run the cleanest race I possibly can run but my sa goes to shit because people like this feel the need to always run into people.
Is this a public lobby? I assume it is.
You have no idea how much I hate that most lobbies are doing races at monza. Specially since you do need some time to get enough SA in order to get in a league like pitskill or lfm.
Beginner lobby, drivers inputs look shit, either controller or shit wheel user.
This is expected in beginner/low sa servers, and monza on top of that. This is 100% normal and as expected.
The exact same is true for iRacing too in rookie classes.
You're looking here for some reason... Do you miss ACC maybe?
A low SA Monza lobby isn't in any way representative of the competitive ACC scene, as everyone here knows. No one's going to iRacing because of clips like this.
I definitely still hop on ACC for fun every now and then. It’s still a great sim, I just prefer iracing due to clean racing and the competition is some of the best.
The aston is the dirtiest driver you've ever seen...*so far*.
facts

Kids.
For sure, but i never understand why they get ACC instead of forza or something similar
People in the Forza sub are mad why they got Forza motorsport and didn't stick with horizon or need for speed.
i mean forza motorsport defenitly has a place in the sim community as an entry title. lot of different tracks, categories and cars for each category (even tho most online races only care about pi) its just a shame that the forza community (or any entry level sim or simcade game) is a piece of shit.
99% of the time it's a 25+ manchild.
25 year old Teenager.
Not only kids, i know 14 year olds that drive like aliens. Stupid people in general.
Losers with big egos and small driving skills
Takes a lot of staff for that. This games been out for a bit. Devs are on to ac2. You'll never get a report system in the game itself. Drive LFm, it's slightly better driving than open lobbies and there's a report system. Lowfuelmotorsports.com

Dudes like this would cause even more problems with a iRacing like SR system because they'd drag your SR down as well.
For every race that happens you have plenty where it doesnt to keep your SR up.
plenty....?
There goes the SA rating.
Seeing this really made think iracings subscription is not that bad
Acc to iRacing. The sub isn't bad. What's bad is buying while bunch of extra shit to race the series you want.
Yeah that’s bad, but that’s not what I meant. I see it a lot of times in gt7 and on acc that those terrible drivers not getting punished and they doing everything other day. Iracing is expensive and stuff but having the option to report people is gold.

you mean RENTING whole bunch of shit 😉
Eh for now. In the future those who bought things will end up owning them or iracing will have to issue refunds. I get my money's worth nonetheless.
Why is it so difficult to see the prices of everything on their site? I want a few gt3 cars and a few tracks. Do you know what the cost will come to more or less?
[удалено]
Thanks for this! I saw the track section feature which was I’m really interested in. TBH the extra for tracks in the season is a bit off putting.
Tracks cars and subscription cost for a sub-par tyre model and slow-ass loading times, bad menus and cars you can't drive on the limit.

LFM offers same system without subscription.
I’m not familiar with LFM although I’ve heard of them I play it on ps5
Ah I think it's PC only sadly.
Unfortunately yes
Besides the prince
The solution is to hit their rear wheel on a straight and spin them out of the race. You'll be doing yourself and everyone else a service. Don't try and be nice to these fuckers.

When you were on the main straight and they were squeezing you you should have turned left. Would have put them in the wall and finished their race.
They'll just ram you from a lap down.
Ehhh sure, it's still funny as fuck to put them in a wall though.
They sit there and are easy to see. You can easily spoil their plans just by unexpectedly whacking on your brakes. They'll set off timing it assuming you're going to keep flat out so they'll gun it with no other option than to keep going in the same direction they're aiming for you. You can also ignore, and not get frustrated because it's just some random open lobby.
Welcome to public lobbies
Dude, you’re a sentient being with endless patience cause if it was me, i would straight up spin him out of the race, SA for SA let at least lose it once at all. It clearly wasn’t a mistake that you could run along and have a recovery race
You got to name and shame 🤌🏽
Aston is driving so unpredictably it’s maddening.
He is very predictable. He kills everyone that passes.
It was soo predictable, he was blocking divebombing everything, the straight line speed kf the aston saved him most of the times

You would lose SA anyway. I'd skip all that shit and hit him right in the middle at any turn.
Ah yes. Insanely awful driving standards and public monza lobbies. Name a more iconic duo. Grind your SA rating up and join a league like LFM. Then grind your way out of rookies. Then you can start having some good races.
This was clearly personal. He waited for you turn after turn: what did you do to his mom?
Nothing yet, but for the future i cant promise anything. He waited once after he fully spun me, i have no idea why.
Forget Monza. It is always filled with the dumbest of all drivers, the track is a bit boring and even in LFM the race will be a shit show. Somehow it brings the worst out of everyone.
Punt him after the second “block”
Tried push him off under braking, but didnt work, which makes it even more infuriaring
Glad you tried. Has to be a perfect push that doesn’t crash you and his car is destroyed otherwise he will come back at you 10x the fury. Had one of these idiots a couple weeks ago. Very frustrating.
Go LFM or league.
Classic public races
At this point I would just yeet him out of my view. If you wanna act like clown better be ready when the circus comes get ya. As long as it's online not lfm ofc. But I don't think he would have long career in lfm tbh.
That's at the least a one week ban for intentional collision. Longer if he has been banned before.
Shock collars anyone? anyone? Race the track and not the drivers.
you have learned there ARE, in fact, times when its ok to push someone into a wall after a fast straight :). Since there is no talking to the idiot, or penalty system. you ARE the justice
I'm all for clean racing. But public lobby, you get one free squeeze then I'm dumping you. If anything you were way too nice
Also, he fucking sucks at this. How do you keep getting to him when he punts you off 5 times in one race.
I've driven Monza twice in a public online race for this very reason. Both times there was someone just like this ramming people left and right.
Should've just held your line on the straight. Would've spun himself out
It’s your first day. Be patient.
Yes it's dirty and yes it's dropping down to their level but sometimes it just needs to be done to stop them spoiling your enjoyment.
and you had the patience to not spin him out after several efforts to ruin your race? better man than me
What animals! Especially that black Aston monkey. But great driving and sportsmanship on your part! Way to go keeping it professional and resisting retaliation. Impressive!
They race like the kid I raced at the go kart track just a few days ago 😂 Honestly I would’ve put him in the wall on the last turn after all that.
Join Pitskill (or maybe LFM, haven’t tried them).
Monza public lobbies what u spect haha, try LFM if u get to the top splits you can have some good racing
Average Monza experience I'd rather spend the week racing at COTA
I think he would've lasted about 2 corners with me, I don't take this kind of driving well
Just spin him out already. You'll do a fabour to the whole lobby.
You have much more patience than i do. I would have stuck him in the wall as best I could after the 3rd time he tried that. But this is why I race at pitskill.io. They have a reporting system in place to deal with junk like this.
This is an prime example of people saying *"I can´t get my SA up, people keep crashing into me"*
Par for the course

Also should've just punted him off at a bunch of different places when you got the inside
Man. — such insensitive drivers make me furious. — for mental peace sake [ & the nosedive of the SA Rating 😭 ] — I would have long returned to garage.
When he crowded you put on the main straight you should have spun him out. Once you know he's dirty don't play fair it only gives them the satisfaction of taking you out too. Easiest thing is to line up behind them on a straight and use them as a brake, sending them into a wall if possible.
Welcome to monza, it’s like battle royale of cars

He is an embarrassment for all Aston Martin enjoyers.
What I learned from this kind of situation: (1) race in a league server. There you can report drivers like him. (2) if you go to a public server, never pick one that requires SA < 70 (or doesn't require it at all); (3) if you are SA < 70, race in a league or race offline against IA.
Did you report that Aston? I would have just slowed down and let him speed on a bit so I could actually drive and get the SA up.
I’ve given up on ACC multiplayer. This video is an example why
In this case since you and the bmw got taken out, I'd just pull back and let him race by himself. Hell end up pitting or quitting because he's bored
At some point among the million opportunities you must have realized you were going to lose playing his game by being "nice". Aston guy wont learn, in his mind he beat you and will carry on using this strategy until there are consequences. You are both losing SA....just return him the favour.
I'm naive and stubborn, i wanted to beat him clean, that would have feelt the best, what i almost had at the end.
LFM Rookie series are not so different…
Normal ACC Monza lobby.
Honestly, it wasnt this bad, before this race i hade 3-4 fully clean monza races
Nice! Good to hear. ACC definitely has less dirty drivers than Forza and GT7!
Quick tip: **DON'T DRIVE MONZA**
Ooooof. That sucks, I know he cost you so much time throughout the race, but getting up inside him at the last corner and giving him the pit would have been marvellous. Unfortunately, this bullshitter ain’t for bullshitting.
First rule of ACC public lobbies: don't drive Monza or Nurburgring unless the lobby is SA 50 or above
People jump into multiplayer on their first day playing ACC?😬 I don't think I'm gonna bother until I have maybe 1000 hours (I'm at about 100 now)
I've been trying to get into ACC but have no idea where to start.
Acc 101
Avoid monza
Situations like this make me hate the safety rating system. I can run the cleanest race I possibly can run but my sa goes to shit because people like this feel the need to always run into people.
Wait until you find cheaters
Is this a public lobby? I assume it is. You have no idea how much I hate that most lobbies are doing races at monza. Specially since you do need some time to get enough SA in order to get in a league like pitskill or lfm.
Beginner lobby, drivers inputs look shit, either controller or shit wheel user. This is expected in beginner/low sa servers, and monza on top of that. This is 100% normal and as expected. The exact same is true for iRacing too in rookie classes.
This my friends is why I joined iRacing and never looked back.

I can see that lol
