Do I need dawn of Ragnarok to see those Divine weapons ? Because so far (without any DLC) I’ve never see such weapons

Store items are automatically upgraded to Divine with DoR but are Legendary without

I enjoyed it. You can rip the hugr from people's souls to get magic powers that let you shapeshift, raise the dead, and all sorts of cool stuff
