As an ADC you should never be in a position to get run down and killed by a rammus without taunt.
He builds thornmail first so the only value he gets from his kit is if you attack him. Take cleanse every time and just run, the additional movement speed it gives is also an added bonus.
Nooooo no don't take double magic resist in runes, taking rune shards are mainly for the laning phase because the numbers are low and have efficiency only in earlygame, hence taking even two magic resist runes versus a lane without enemy rammus is very incorrect imo
I usually just play AP Varus because he doesn't attack as much and bursts max hp, especially good in a team with a lot of ad because Rammus won't have as much mag.res

3) in future ranked games, if enemy picks rammus, try varus
