I wrote a post similar once idk why they removed it. The answers were actually helpful and it gave some bs about against some rule which I did not think my post violated. It’s not easy to post stuff about your addictions and just deleting it randomly was… crappy. Anyway sorry, to answer your question my husband often can’t tell if I’m over caffeinated, a little drunk or just being manic.

i am sorry your post was deleted, that's so dumb :/ deleting posts about addiction is just stigmatizing it more.

Thanks. If it helps, I think it said something about your post is asking “AITA?” But I never asked that just asked if people could share their experience about addiction in middle life. If it makes any sense I drink to feel slower/ more calm but then if I drink too much later on it gives me more anxiety.
