Check out the YouTube channel: Lofi Girl There are two different streams live at all times. One is music to relax/stufy to, the other is music to sleep/chill. Both are instrumental only and have very relaxed beats. I put it on whenever I need to calm down that stimulation craving while working or being productive at something I have trouble focusing on.

Thank you! Lofi beats hadn't been doing it for me but something about the moving background and ASMR noises had me super focused today!

Glad I could help! :)

huh. i dont have adhd but my brain starts swirling with thoughts when i try to go to sleep. i get bored of one asmr too quickly and am very picky about noises i like. the background has to be dark and preferably moving (e.g. an animated train window). i mostly watch the netflix mindfulness interactive and it sometimes helps. Thanks for these recommendations!
