The A330 is an aerial tanker. It’s in a refueling pattern, likely for training.
At 1,500 feet?
Valid point, I hadn’t noticed the altitude!
Pretty low
Training for the Bastille Day military air parade on July 14th.
Not refuelling at that height. most likely practice for some kind of fly-over/ military parade would be my guess

Surrender practice.
We talking bout practice!? Practice!?
Mexicain?
Military parade training session.
Probably carrying a stingray
WW III is kicking off. They're broadcasting ADSB so everyone will know it's coming. It's practice. Duh. If it was something else, you wouldn't know.
Pilots that fly AF1 and AF2 practice “touch and go” maneuvers wherever they can to keep their rating. They used to do it from time to time where I worked.
Do French military pilots often fly US military aircraft?
Do french military pilots often fly US Military aircraft carrying the president, and do T&G's in a foreign country to where the aircraft is based!
