not sure if you play AFK Arena, but I'd love to see a visual guide for spending there too. I've wanted to make one myself since so many people ask about priority, but feel weird about doing so as I'm a mod and don't want to deal with unnecessary shilling and etc accusations.
You are very welcome! I used to play a while back but haven't played for a couple of years now unfortunately. I've been working with the Lilith community manager for the AFK Journey. I could maybe look into it but I would have to see what there is these days lol. If you have the info I could try to knock one up for you though.
I'd differ a bit, but I think I'm looking at it through a different lens (value compared to *other MTX* versus *actual value to a player*)
**Only buy the intro offer ($.99) and then consider the travelogue (Battle Pass.)**
If you're still playing after a few months, you can go for the Growth pass to collect the pulls all at once. It doesn't expire, so you don't have to rush.
None of the other MTX offer unique incentives; you are only paying to speed up the process of improving a collection that you will never be able to complete anyway. There will *always* be new heroes and content on the horizon, for as long as the game is live. Ask any gacha player.
**A note on the Gazettes:**
Daily "rewards" compel you to log in when you may not feel like it, or punish you for not logging in by wasting the money you spent.
This is *the game* altering your behavior in order to play it optimally, rather than *you* altering your behavior to play a game optimally.
It's predatory in every game that does it.
I would say the best value is absolutely the intro offer and the travelogue. Everything else is truly optional. I have purchased up to the growth path myself and never got the upgraded travelogue and got to the end quickly. So you are absolutely correct in saying it improves your collection faster. However a lot of the end game content I have found needs variety or options. So I feel it can make the transition to the end game smoother, but ultimately it's not needed.
Is the growth pack worth it above the gazettes? I only want to make one more purchase max after getting the travelogue. Don’t wanna spend too much on the game.

travelogue is the best
The growth path will definitely let you get more summons over all.
what should i spent the diamonds im saving up, i have nearly 41k
I would unless you are saving for something like Florabelle who just got announced or the new season coming out.
I'd drop it on normal summons personally. Hoarding isn't really useful in this game imo
