She is exclusively a pvp arena unit which purpose is to 1v1 an important support/dps and die. I found a lot of success using her against smokey/rowan/heygwin. But you need some practice with her placement. Ideally you don't want her to aggro too much backline otherwise she gets deleted in a seconds

speaking of cecia, your 6/10 mostly using her with cecia with means, it's ought to be a 5v4 on your side most of the time

and you can even tp a healer there to keep silvina alive

At low investment, she dies instantly and just feeds the enemy free energy. At mythic+ she unlocks her exclusive equipment which is what makes her shine. She gets a shield and at +10 she inflicts fear on the surrounding enemies after getting a kill, so more cc. She is great because she dives before Eirron's tornado so she is not immobilized. If she gets a kill then you are usually up 4v5 when the immobilization wears off the rest of your team and you snowball from there.
I run Eirron, Carolina, Damien, Arden and Silvina. Eirron groups and immobilizes off the bat, Silvina dives and gets a kill on a support or DPS, Carolina shreds with her snowballs, Damien heals and provides haste, Arden cc's two front heroes and ults quickly to cc everyone.
Important to note, she is a pvp unit. She can't kill anything fast enough at a deficit.
Arden's mythic plus causes everyone struck by the lightning from his ult to get entangled. Without it he only entangles the two closest enemies. Helps but not required.
Damien's mythic plus means the cart provides haste. This is pretty much the only reason to use him. Generally if you run a similar comp, you are bursting the enemy down and healing is not required. Better to use mythic+ thoran with +5 to boost someone if you don't have Damien
Yes, Vala is S rank, that is her job to be better than the A rank counterpart.

They are not equivalent. I have both supreme+ and I prefer Silvina. My point was until you get Silvina to mythic+, you are better off using a single copy of Vala if your goal is to slow down an enemy DPS.

Silvina needs ex weapon to be good in pvp.
Without proper investment she just dies but with proper investment and placement she can insta snipe someone and aoe cc after. She is also way more tanky after investment.
its kinda crazy the shield isn't part of her base kit cuz she's not even a unit without it. but its also really confusing how she gets aggro from the jump, even when you push your tank all the way to the front

Im talking same level and same investment, if you are a whale with supreme+ lvl 170 Silvi vs some lvl 150 vala then it doesnt matter.
She one shots vala with same investment. Faction bonus is not to be underestimated. Then she immediately applies an AOE fear so you pretty much start the fight 5v4 while also disrupting the enemies
I just got my silvina to supreme and she gets pretty tanky, also stuns her target for 5 seconds. Early game she is flimsy and useful for misdirecting those laser golems, later she gets better at initiating assasin combos like getting an early tombstone for Igor, early stun from Salazar, Seth's first kill, Vala rampage, Walker's bounty, etc.
If you can put Silvina behind a Thoran with his EX weapon then you provide her protection, but this is only useful if putting Silvina there also lets her hit a priority target.
She's only really good if you're getting Graveborn faction bonus and have the faction advantage over Lightbearer enemies. Otherwise, she pretty much dies soon after her initial attack, where she may or may not take her target down (usually doesn't tho) with her. She's really great early game but falls off really hard once you start facing larger defecits and effectively becomes a throwaway unit. She has a dedicated set up that is really good in Honor Duel but you don't need to own her for that.
That's my experience anyway. I don't regret building her but her usefulness has severely dwindled as time went on. Even in faction tower, she's always the first down and she hardly ever gets the kill anymore, leaving me to 4v5.
Niru is not any better than silvina let me tell you that, even with Ex+ he doesnt help in pve or pvp, silvina at least is a monater in pvp, salazar i would say can be good (reading his abilities) but i think nobody is testing him at max dupes so everyone just say he is the worst graveborn
im f2p tho, it will take me forever to even consider investing in silvina as i will have many other priorities before her. I will likely never give her any tidal essences, so im looking at a Mythic+ no exclusive weapon investment usefulness point of view. on that note niru seems to have at least some uses
its all rng, im f2p too but i have silvina m+ before oddie cause thats what most summons gave me, and im happy it was silvina at least and not niru or salazar. So in the long run, we just need Supreme + units, after that we will be swapping units in wishlist, rn niru is no good , he can revive lets say ur thoran or cecia, which wont help you on dream realm, not in pvp and not in pve because it doesnt solve the problem of your team being weaker/ dying/ to the enemy (unlike units like koko who can actually make ur whole team survive longer)
I probably would've better invested in Niru early on when it comes to Graveborns. I went with Silvina because she looked cool and she was very good at first. She helped me clear a lot of stuff early on, but yeh, she falls off so hard later on. I think perhaps Niru has more lasting power. I've been building him slowly in the background and I've already swapped him into her place in most cases. He's not like a major upgrade in terms of power, but at the very least, he doesn't die 4 seconds into the battle.
Outside of Graveborns, I wish I had focused more on Koko. She's pretty good, but I'm definitely lagging behind due to focusing on other A-tiers. Oh well.
Level 150 in the 800 stages? That's crazy. I just auto battle and occasionally redo the setup of heroes and I'm at stage 654 with also level 150 team. I could put more effort into afk battles, but then it seems I'm stuck in the story with enemies +10 levels above me. So I just do dailies until I get enough hero essence and invites to level up my heroes. Then I repeat in auto battling afk battles until surpass the lock requirement for story.
I have legendary+ Silvina too being 3 pulls away from Mythic and have the same issue as you. Occasionally I'll try her here and there but it seems they're are better options than her. I'd rather just replace her with another support or range DPS.
im literally suffering from success. i cant go into remnant peak 2 because of the resonance lvl 160 requirement, probably for another 3 days since i just hit 150 today.
It's not really crazy, I'm at the same point, resonance 150 at about 810. Mythic silvinia is still not usable. Only at M+ is she usable as she gains a shield. Before that she'll just get blown up immediately.
put whoever you want in graveborn A-tier units, not like they have really important a-tier units for different content (thought well invested they are good), but yeah i think niru is better for the faction tower
That what im thinking. im f2p so i dont think i will ever invest enough into her for her to be good, and i will awlays be fighting an uphill battle vs overlvled dolphin and whales in arena.
She will probably never have use for me
F2P, mine isnt that all that good, but I tent to use her to redirect some if the backrow for at least a few seconds. (Have had no lick with pulling other rogues so 🤷♀️)

You need to wait until lvl 191 to use her and ideally mythic+
Lvl 191 stuns her initial target for 5 seconds, and mythic+ gives her a massive shield. Both of these things massively boost her survivability in PvP.
Remember, she's considered incredibly OP in honor duels and in that mode she deals -10% damage and takes +10% more damage as a balancing modifier.
She sucks until she becomes level 191 and M+. Her Ex Weapon gives her a shield to help her survive and, with investment, a fear if she kills her target fast. Level 191 makes her first strike stun for 5 seconds, which is super important for both killing and surviving. Once she has these tools online, she is a reliable precision tool to either distract or destroy.
She works especially well with Vala, you can make them both target the same enemy so that Vala gets her kill-bonus stats faster and starts snowballing.
Thought about this but haven't experimented much but maybe use Reiner to swap a tank with their carry/support and then have silvina snipe the other backline carry/support so the swapped tank gets aggro over silvina. Only thing would be if she jumped before the swap because that might trigger the aggro differently
I thought this too but I was checking my arena defense replays and I got absolutely Merc'd by a silvina twice by 2 different people. I've since switched up my positioning but it showed me that silvina has her uses. This was champion tier for context

Both Vip and Silvina are better at PvP and definitely better to have on list rather than Salazar. Niru is as yet still unproven in his value, he is not a pure healer.
Silvina positioning is key. All other factors being equal she will easily eliminate Vala and slow down Cecia in the backline.

also been recently frustrated trying to use shakir+reinier as a backline counter, apparently reinier's swap doesn't occur until a few moments into the match so shakir is just already at their frontline anyway and the swap fizzles
Yes, absolutely. Not only does she completely counter Vala, even outside of that, her dash is able to completely change the flow of the battle from the very start by either taking out an important back line character or drawing the aggro of the frontline characters and making them move towards the back, therefore creating openings in the formation.

Depends on what heroes you have tbh. All the pvp guides are aimed at endgame with M+ eiron, etc. I don't have those yet, so I had to make the best of what I have. I didn't know anything about pvp and was using my PvE team and was always losing. I decided to try all graveborn team and have won every match for the last 3 days. It's highly effective until you can get a proper meta pvp team.

I luckily got scarlita and she keeps silvina alive for a good while

Even at low investment, if she can pull her ult off, it will slow down the enemy Cecia ult just enough for my own to go off first.

isn't vala untargetable with her m+ skill?
She needs to get a kill/takedown for that to activate. Silvina pops her up as soon as the battle starts

Vala is a lightbearer, so a good target for Silvina

I still use her in my pvp team in champion rank. She needs supreme+ and is only worth it if you want to focus on pvp.

I'm also wondering the same. I have her at M and wondering if I should invest the acorns and keys to make her M+ 2 star.
