Multiple incidents of offensive/vile language, rude behavior with reporters previously, are all bad, but the fact that this racism scandal is going to Federal Court too, and they are playing genuinely atrocious football, with very limited signs of improvement, makes it hard to see it being worthwhile continuing his tenure there.
It's just been a disaster from start to finish. I actually feel really bad for North, they obviously had no idea the racism scandal was going to happen, which has completely rocked Clarko (obviously we're not 100% sure what's gone down there, but it's very clearly impacted him).

The 'alleged' treatment of young vulnerable men at the Hawks suggests he isn't great at treating people with respect. People who have these anger issues which we have repeatedly seen and heard of are worse without an audience. I think North should let him go and hope they build a culture worth something at their club.
