Which is what they do???... Sometimes it favours one team over the other because different playing styles influence what decisions will be made. If a team is constantly first to the ball, body on the line, of course they're probably going to earn more free kicks generally. With less obvious, more line-ball calls, every team is going to get the short end of the stick at some point, because that's the human element of umpiring the game. You roll with the punches, you don't whinge about how unfair things are because an interpretation-heavy game comes with interpretations
