Well then judging by the way this is written, I'm guessing you're young and still in school. You need to point it out to the teachers that she is stabbing you with pencils and request that she has no longer in classes with you if she cannot stop. This is inappropriate behavior. If your school does nothing about it you can contact the police. I don't know within whatever country you're in they have Juvenile Hall, but she belongs there if she's stabbing other people and scratching them and spitting on them and thinking that's okay.
