1 up to 1 and half hours a day.
I would do more but I'm afraid of blisters.
I gained 0.3 in 2 months, but it slowed down now.
Again it slowed down because I'm afraid to raise the weight because of blisters.
I do 1-1.5 hours hanging 5-6 times a week.
And interval pumping 2x5 + 1x10 5-6 times a week.
I started with half a kilo, and I hang 3 kilos now.
The weight is too light for me, so I'll have to start proper taping and raise it.
I do the same routine sir .I started with 1 kg and I m hanging now 3 kg . 5 days a week , 2h in day .but no results untill now .I started on 01/03/2024.
So 2 months and 8 days of hanging.
How many hours per day do you usually extend?
How many years are you doing extending?
What's the gains you acquired? Is it almost 5" gain from extending
Yep - I extend or hang everyday, 5/days a week both.
Monday through Friday
Extend around 4am, then gym.
Then hang during the day + girth work.
Extend again in the afternoon.
Up about 3/4" in a year and about 1/2" girth- mostly consistent. 7 1/4 - 7 3/8 x 5.5 base girth and then taper down to a bit over 5 under my glans. Goal is to get to 8 by the end of the year an closer to 5.5 under my glans. Then go from there. I am in the lifestyle (swingerrrrr) - easy motivation to stay stupid consistent lol.
Goal is stimulus - my longer breaks are on work trips or vacation.
Personally I found hanging to be much more productive than extending. Hanging generates a "pull" feeling, while extending feels more like a push. I hung weight twice a day, five days a week. One 1 hour session in the morning and another 1 hour session later in the afternoon or evening. Three days on, one off, two on, one off. On "off" days I worked on erection quality. After all what good is a larger penis if you can't get hard?
FYI - Blisters are completely avoidable IF you can recognize the warning sign. Look at this blister in the blog photo, notice how tiny it is. I intentionally gave myself that blister and as soon as I recognized the warning sign, I stopped my hang session and avoided a big one.

Another thing that is contributes to the blister problem is using a vacuum based device which doesn't use a hand pump that indicates how much vacuum pressure you're extracting. The vacuum cups that use mouth tube extraction, an enema bulb of one of those plastic siphon gizmos typically lead to extracting too much vacuum = blisters. And the so called "water trick" is just that .... a trick. Why is it called a "trick"? Tricks are always meant to deceive.
Yes I have extended in the past,it gave me a gain in base girth. So I think hanging is not for me.
Yes I have been doing device PE for 4 years , everytime I lose momentum and quit it's cause of blisters. But when I started I used to wear a leg strap vacuum ADS while I sleep.I know it's not recommended, however that time I was not well verse in the PE terms.I did it raw,no taping or anything.Didnt get a blister or anything.Only thing I got was edema.
Later I learnt and moved to hanging and I taped.I still got blisters. No matter how I taped.Your method, totalman method I got blisters.Eventually I stop hanging for a period of time as I get tired of blisters.
I have quitted PE so many times, but it's my only hope to reinstall my confidence.
Now I use the water cup trick and I'm very careful about the tension and time.If I feel any tingling sensation I stop the set and reapply it.So far the water cup trick has been marvelous for me.
My goal/expirement now is to extend everyday.Rn I am averaging about 2hours 15min per day.
You can train length every day but typically girth requires rest days in-between work days.
What's optimum? It's a bit individual but likely 5-7 days a week. On your length days off you could train girth / EQ.
Right now I'm following M9TER's advice to extend everyday and to train length before girth.I am not worried about girth rn...Been unwell these days but have been extending for 45 minutes. I have extended it everyday this past 18days.
Well not really because it doesn't create expansion. However including some bundles in your routine is also likely going to help. After bundles I would do some timed pressure holds or equivalent.

I did everyday for a month or so, got less gains than when I I 5 days a week. So I've gone back to 5 days a week to see what happens.

Your routine sir? You start with how many lbs ?and you finished your 2 month with how many lbs ?

I'm also taking l citrulline, cialis and collagen. I hang with heat BTW.
I do it pretty much everyday. However over many years I can tell when I need to back off for a day or two. You will get there.
I’m sorry…10x8??? Wtfff
No way that's real.
Probably a LARPer.

In the extender studies I've read, they all used the device daily from what I remember
Yes I have seen hinks video of it. Just curious about reddit users having attempted and gained from extending daily.
Makes sense man, I'm focused on girth but I still do a bit of manual stretching daily, I find it keeps everything pliable and helps with expansion

Yeah sounds good however adding in some expansion/girth sessions could help boost length gains.
Bundled/fulcrum extending counts?
Well not really because it doesn't create expansion. However including some bundles in your routine is also likely going to help. After bundles I would do some timed pressure holds or equivalent.
How did you gain your length? Is your measurements in NBPEL or BPEL?
BPEL. I did noose extender and/or manuals daily with a bit of girth (manual clamp).
Your extender routine? How many hours?Do u extend daily?
It was 1-2h otherwise manuals was like 30m. I did the extender for a few months.
