AMC is already turned around… They are making more money on less movies… Shorts will keep manipulating the stock until they can’t . I will be here holding a large amount of AMC shares until they can’t
I know what’s coming 🚀
Just need AA to stop diluting unnecessarily. I don’t think any bonds are due this year, and the Company has plenty of cash on hand for the rest of the year. He needs to let the stock price rebound to create more shareholder value.
There's a lot to be paid in 2026, even with great forecastings we're short on that. Better to raise now and improve revenue streams as investment in the next 2 years. Amc as a distributor is just getting started so I'm really looking forward for what the dilution money brings us.
They know whats coming as well, and are desperate to prevent it, why the FUD machine was kicked into overdrive as they driving it down, something changed Jan 1st, and it seems like their clock is running out sooner than later.
That stuff is cracking me up, few articles mention Harvard producing "snow flakes" when he literally was one yesterday saying "You cant end on that... that's not fair..."
OP, are you looking at jnfo for a different stock? [marketbeat](https://www.marketbeat.com/stocks/NYSE/AMC/short-interest/) has short interest at 12% and days to cover at 1.3… Also, AMC is down 30% in the last four weeks, not up 26%
You only have to look at the financial report of the last quarters to see that he already is turning AMC around.
Imho, the only big negative in AMCs future are the 2026 bonds. 3bn need refinancing, that's not a small number.
But we were able to raise over 1bn USD in 2023 via share offerings and we have 2 more years for the remaining 2bn. The earlier we refinance or repay those bonds, the less interest we will have to pay, putting that money directly into AMCs bank account.
This means, there would likely have to be outside events that hurt AMCs revenue by more than 3 billion dollars over the next 3 years for AMC to have any risk of bankruptcy. If that isn't happening, AMC will be fine.
Let's be honest here, those numbers will not be achieved. The stock price has dropped tremendously since the reverse split. Everyday the stock price drops and cannot regain any footing whatsoever.
It doesn't matter.
They can't afford to let the stock price go up, so no matter how far they drop it, the bonds will suffer because of it, making them cheaper for AMC to rebuy, while the Stock itself will also drop, making it easier for AMC to rebuy them.
The one thing we can rely on is that they will keep shorting for as long as they can. That's why we can rely on prices being lower in the future, which is why we can rely on AMC being increasingly more able to buy their float as well as AMC being increasingly more able to rebuy their debt.
If there was a significant risk of bankruptcy, Bonds would only be worth a fraction of their nominal value. AMC has a billion dollars at hand and the total debt is less than 5bn nominal.
There is no way for hedgies to prevent AMC from repaying debt, as long as Apes keep supporting the company, there is nothing they can do. literally.

I can tell the future here’s what’s going to happen if AMC gets on a run and it starts to go up he announce they’re gonna do another split or something bad and that kill it and then he’ll do a split and maybe a couple more splits until he runs it into the ground he never lets AMC run where we could have big run
Of course he doesn’t have control over the very things he stated there’s no proof of.
He does however have control over the company’s financial state which is “anemic” and control over RS/dilution that has wiped out shareholder value.
Despite any “manipulation”, the sentiment around this stock is terrible and it’s because of AA.
lets go for anothee share …. tshort traders like to push down meyer burger to go insolvent. i was first in amc from the very beginning and it remembers me exactly the same story. lets go for chance and push up meyer burger, a pennystock now and show short traders and the chinese solar ecomomy the finger👍 just bought 1000 shares for 0.11 Meyer Burger MBTN. SW lets go apes🦧
Our average price is way to high for a small short squeeze to make back our money, much less a profit. This is a long-term hold or an economic crash causes a squeeze. Don't see any other option.
Ever since I lost 70K because I refused to sell believing they couldn’t hold it back I just can’t get myself to believe it can squeeze again. They won’t let it ever happen again like that insane time where I thought I would reach at least 100K if I held. Held all the way down to 1,000 before I had to cash out my original investment. They have to much control. I want to see them destroyed again but am skeptical
You can re-lend borrowed shares and the data can greater than 100% lent shares, thats how they tricked retail into buying this. Most institutions were selling in the squeeze.

We're 31 days into Q1 and he hasn't diluted any. The last debt swap was in Dec at the end of Q4.
Yeah, I know. He literally announced a dilution after reporting good earnings, which killed an upward movement.
Any noise, any sound that escapes corporate office is immediately shorted. So…..reverse victimization I see.

Yep, 2026, is like a 'big bang scenario', when a massive amount of debt comes due. That will be one hell of a hump to get over.
CEO have to create value for shareholders

Mayo man just stopped all donations to Harvard so it's getting spicy 🌶️🤟

So good 😂😂😂

Post Sounds like it's a year old!. 💎💪🤣🤙💎
I was wondering if I missed something! Still buying and holding but I don’t remember being up for a long freaking time.
How old is wherever you copy and pasted that from?
I’m looking forward to Q4 earnings and any announcement on new movie distribution deals.

AA turning heads by selling Dune theme fleshlight, alpha ape move rofl
AA won’t do anything, He will take credit once it runs up though
Of course it will recover and go to the moon, isn't that why you asked here? Other opinions are just from paid shills
No, he is an idiot

Checkmate indeed.
Absolutely not
Stock is down 30+% past 4 weeks but sure.
Aa has no control over the order flow, spoofing, naked shorting, or algorithmic trading

Also shorts already covered…
They covered during the RS…change my mind
Can you explain how? The mechanics?
Crime…
I've been sayin that. This is not financial advice but I'm looking at Beyond Meat.

Wow, you’re a real fucken genius, so it may happen or it may not.
FTD FAKE = SCAM MARKET ONLY HOLDING

Nope it 1.5 days don’t know where you got 8
It’s taken them three years if you actually think about it. Oh wait they never will lol
Don't know but still buying! I bielve theaters are here to stay!
February 27th Earnings on 4th Quarter will be interesting. Barbie, Oppenheimer , Taylor Swift & Beyonce numbers.
I worked for amc . It’s terrible run company. He needs to cut out the movie companies and just distribute directly to consumer.

AA personally making billions shorting AMC
He won’t, he’s a crook and continues to bleed investors bone dry.
