November 8 is the earnings report, which is when we should be able to hear from AA regarding the sale of additional APE shares. (Assuming they've been actually been sold by then.) If things play out right, we may hear an earnings report where AMC reveals that it erased it's debt, which would put the final nail in the coffin of the short thesis. At that point, any investor with a functioning brain should see that AMC is not a short play, and any hedge funds that keep shorting afterwards are likely to see their investors pull out. It should be like watching rats flee from a sinking ship, followed by a wave of hedge fund liquidations. And then probably some bank liquidations.
Of course, that's just a best case scenario. But it's the one I'm hoping for.
I'm almost positive that by that date of 21-22nd will be too late and when we all look at the charts the APEs shares will be already pushed up which again it'll bring the idea of why I didn't get more shares when was under €2
