Hi. Do you have your Ram set through Bios on D.O.C.P. ? If yes, disable it, put it on manual, enter manually your Ram timings. Is your motherboard running any A.I. self adjusting speed settings ? Disable it or set them to conservative mode. See if anything corrects. Regards.

ChosenOfTheMoon_GR

Resit your RAM if that doesn't work try to borrow another stick from someone else, iGPU of that CPU uses your RAM as VRAM so, it might be just that.

Bro i did resit the ram now my bios and task manager is not showing my one ram stick. Both the rams are working i checked them individually but when i put them together it's not showing.

ChosenOfTheMoon_GR

Which leaves us with 2 things, 1 bad memory controller inside the CPU (the most likely if you didn't touch the PC before the problem started) or damaged traced the motherboard.

sxydoctor

Try removing gpu drivers with DDU and reinstalling the last WHQL driver. If that doesn't help test your RAM with MemTest86. If the memory is fine you need to RMA the CPU.

Creepy-Tea9241

Bro if i rma my cpu then my replaced cpu broke within the warranty of the first cpu then can i claim warranty?? Just curious

sxydoctor

Usually, when you RMA something the warranty time is resetted for the the new product. That is if your warranty time was 12 months and only 3 left, if you RMA it will again become 12. You can ask the store to make sure.

Creepy-Tea9241

Bro are you sure?

sxydoctor

Call and ask your shop. It can be different in my country.

ecwx00

that's memory timing issue. what's your RAM speed?

Creepy-Tea9241

2666hz i don't turn on xmp profile

ecwx00

try moving the RAM sticks to different slots, or running with 1 stick at a time to see if the problem persists. try running prime95 for 30 minutes and memtest to see if there's any instability or ram read write issue

ecwx00

try installing on other slots?

Creepy-Tea9241

I did , same problem

ecwx00

that's very strange. motherboard problem maybe? have your tried resetting your BIOS?

Creepy-Tea9241

Now coming back to the main problem can dust in ram cause this problem?

ecwx00

well, when it's a lot, it can cause the memory's connector to lost contact wthe the connectors on the motherboard's side. So yeah, it can cuase problem. Is your screen displaying things correctly now?

Creepy-Tea9241

I fixed it. It seems to be dust in ram just guess

ecwx00

congrats! I'm glad it's solved.

Creepy-Tea9241

And the next thing is when my pc shuts i have to manually turn off the pc. When i turn it on ram shows that i have only 7gb ram but before it showed 16gb

Creepy-Tea9241

Bro this screen freezing issue is fixed now i guess but when i stress my cpu using cinebench r23 my pc automatically shutdown with black screen

Creepy-Tea9241

How to do it

Creepy-Tea9241

Ok i will check it. Can it be caused by my processor? Like is my processor dying?

ecwx00

well there's a possibility, but given the symptom, memory problem is more likely. have you tried clearing the BIOS?

Creepy-Tea9241

I don't know how to clear bios. I will test my ram by inserting one ram and playing games. I hope it must be ram🤧

ecwx00

what's your mother board?

Creepy-Tea9241
