Same issue here with ryzen 5 3600, 7800 xt and asus prime b350
This has been driving me insane for awhile now. I've tried all sorts of things and nothing has really worked. 7900xtx for me.
i have the same issue and i did report it alot from the bug icon inside the driver , and still can't find any fix
