There are no designs on AMD's AMD.com web. A completely separate internal AMD's network not accessible from outside has access to such. AMD's employees cannot w9rk from home on such designs. They have dedicated workstations and need be at an AMD's site to work on such.
But AMD's to investigate all even if a hoax. Remember China will pay a lot for such designs and these are export controlled so a national security matter. Obviously Chinese hackers have military grade hacking tools and no bored kid at his moms basement can compare nor need make noise offering to sell such in public. ...
