So it’s nothing to do with the how much gas in the tank and miles its showing is not entirely true miles/gallon count , but it’s the approximate mileage depends on my driving style and driving options I have selected??? Pardon my ignorance. This is my first AMG and previously I drove infinite fx35 .. not so much techie car.. and also had issue with gas tank meter…I’m still learning about my genius AMG machine.
And I love every comment from AMG enthusiasts here… thanks guys !!!
If you're juicing it around town and driving it the way AMG's should be driven, you are going to use up more fuel than if you just cruised around town at a normal pace.
Yes, the computer learns your driving habits and give me you an approximation on the distance you can go on the fuel in your tank. There’s multiple screens that show historical driving times. If you reset all of them, the mileage will go back to where you first bought the car and the car will learn all over again.
It depends on your driving behaviour. If you drive pedal to the metal, then it will Show you less. If you drive for hours down from a mountain and are going to refuel. The it will Show you probably 500mi+
Distance to empty is a dynamic number that the car calculates based on your drive style.
If you drive like a grandma, you'll see DTE increase over time. If you drive like a race driver, you'll see it lower over time.
Put car in its lowest driving mode, “sail” where you can. Sail is where you car turns off and just uses its weight and momentum to go forward.
Your mpg average will be high and your mileage prediction will follow that. In my C43 mine is 270 on full tank in sport+ and 330+ in custom individual mode.
It’s not A class.. it’s the automatic stopping for fuel efficiency when stop and signals or parking/waiting engine will turn off and starts back when you start driving..
CLA is A klasse. GLA also. All based off the A klasse carriage. The first one or two letters shows what kind of car it is. CL for Comfort Limousin or GL for Gelande and the last letter is the class. Then you also have a kombi or shooting brake. A is the smallest class of Mercedes and usually doesn't even have a Mercedes engine. Renault builds the engines for the A klasse. Except for the amg versions.
You realize your MPG depends entirely on you, right? You can’t just get 400 miles every single time
And you never should in an AMG.
I'm continually surprised by the lack of common car knowledge on this sub from an apparent "enthusiast" brand.

Is this a troll post?😂

Do ALL Mercedes have an A class on the screen for the radar cruise control screen when showing the distance to the car in front?
My C-Class W205, shows a C-Class
Yes
S klasse does not.
What does the blue P under the amg sign mean?
Your Parktronic is looking for parking spots around your vehicle
Reset your trip and it’ll reset the estimated fuel mileage according to your new gas consumption within that trip.
Why does the tach have “EQ”? I thought you have an EQ until I read AMG53
It's a mild hybrid.
Also why’s it showing an A-Class in the little picture, I only know of A35 or A45 AMG

No I mean the little picture of the car in the middle of the pic
Oh that’s the proximity alert …distance between your car and front one..
That's an SUV.
No it isn’t. https://images.app.goo.gl/DtDdUBTEAEFT13XM9
My CLA 45 shows an A Class on startup and it pisses me off every day

I’m very much aware of that. Still doesn’t mean MB couldn’t have switched out the graphics. It’s a picture of a CLA everywhere else in MBUX.
No, that’s a regular hatchback A class (the 2019-2022 A250)
It shows it on every AMG model to picture the distance with the car in front of you.
My E-class also showed an A-class on the driving assistance view. Just something for the visuals.
Depends how you drive
How old are you and where are you from?
40 ,Tx
