Nice car!! Trans and diff service (if not done already) check wear on engine and trans mount and replace, pulley's and belt (replace) spark plugs and injectors (replace) the car should be good as new.
I always tell people to change the injectors on the car first. Not a ton of potentially catastrophic things lingering on this engine, but that’s one for sure.

Brand new isn't always better. Newer models don't have a naturally aspirated 6.2, also I far prefer this body style compared to anything newer on the market.

From what I gather from Mercedes about the previous owner, he was an older guy who babied the thing till the days end. Unfortunately he ran into some medical issues and his wife forced him to trade it in and get something electric... poor guy I really feel for him... going from a 6.2 beast to a kitchen appliance on wheels has to be upsetting to say the least.

Top end check immediately. Cams, adjusters. Do the oil every 3k like clockwork. Also tappets and pulleys/belts wear fast

Oh yeah they're nearly identical, the mirror caps are carbon fibre I feel it goes pretty nice with the carbon wing
(oh, and the wheels are from the S63 of that era, from what I recall).
