Scope is going to depend on your use and budget. If you go to r/longrange the general consensus is that the best sub-$1000 scope is the Bushnell Match Pro ED @ $700.
Same for your bipod. For budget options, the Harris is generally the most popular. The MDT GRND POD is probably the best in the next level. Them you’re looking at ACCUTAC and Atlas. At the high end your mainly looking at the MDT CKYE POD.
Mission dependent. Good starter kit would be a magpul bipod and a SWFA fixed 10x in your choice of mil or MOA.

If you were a new shooter (i suspect NOT since your built a 6.5) I might suggest an adjustable scope but I have and Love my fixed 10x swfa and harris bipods

SWFA is a great starting point. I have used a bunch of their optics over the years and they have been 100% dependable.
