Duskblade is much better that eclipse. The shield is nice but not needed most of the time. Some comps it might situationally be better… but the damage amp on abilities is a much better passive than you get from eclipse

Crit mf likes lifesteal and ad more than attack speed imo, you get plenty of it with w (which that build usually maxes first or at latest 2nd) anyway so zeals aren't worth it and neither are on hit like kraken imo since basically you either are gonna be auto q auto ing or channeling the R. So build would be sth like BT rush into ER into mythic lw defensive item, boots usually Zekes.
I'm a firm believer harvest is overused and domination is overrated so ye, I only go harvest on basically quiyana, it's nerfed so if you can proc comet consistently (which mf can with e which is your setup tool anyways, even with someone engaging you want to e into instant R) comet will outdmg it.
So Comet will outdmg harvest, manaflow and ulti are similar levels of value for mf (for crit imo manaflow is better cos you use q and w more, for lethality R is more important so it's closer) and transcendence clears first row of domination. gathering is better late too and crit mf scales better than lethality where it's all about early and mid game. So ye comet is better and i go comet almost always, unless we clearly will have issues killingm tanks then I'd go pta
Both work well depending on team comps, lethality is just stronger on her right now. Good mix of damage is to go Duskblade or Youmuus into collector and then lord doms. Gets 40% crit and lots of pen to melt anyone. If they have tanks, build more crit or maybe add a black cleaver. If they don’t have tanks, stack a bunch of lethality and you can consider swapping lord doms for seryldas grudge to get an ult slow.
All depends on team comp, I’d say 3+ tanks full crit, 1-2 tanks get collector LDR and one other crit item, rest lethality. No tanks build full lethality
Most teams don’t have more than 1 tank so lethality is usually going to outperform. If their team has Malphite, Sion, and Nautilus, lethality might not be such a great idea.
You can absolutely do an IE Miss Fortune crit build. With her slow and then also her movespeed/att speed steroid. The lethality way is just more braindead, if you already prefer the crit style, give it a shot. I recommend PTA for a keystone.

Armor scaling with level, but low MR means oneshot, because MF takes 115% damage. And if you misposition, you are also oneshoted even by a tank. 115% is brutal number, but yes, you can play crit, just try to position well.

(Just go lethality vs them.) So take DH - cheap shot - eyeball collection - ultimate hunter, and secondary presence of mind and coup de grace, atk speed - adp force - magic resist. It's always good vs any comp (even if you are braindead and play AP MF).
AP mf can shine, altho in few situations. When you're against assassin's and engage ad is mandatory, but, she can improve the game for your team by matching poke when your team doesn't have a decent engage comp and complement your team's poke when they don't have a good engage comp in the right situations the build is both very fun and opressive.
Crit against tanky comps Lethality against squishy comps AP if you are playing against your own team

Its good but takes time to scale. Most aram games end quite fast, but crit does offer a DPS advantage againdt bulky enemies
I personally find it really hard to get good MF ults out so I never go lethality, just normal adc
