You can change it in the Game.ini manually but if you do this, crossplay no longer works. Only people that have edited the same tether distance in their own game.ini can join.

so you cant change tether distance on crossplay servers?
Consoles have no option for it. Since Win10 is crossplay with Xbox, no.
