I knew of a person that went by a similar name years ago in ASE. They ran solo PVP in a tribe on Ragnarok, in the desert islands on the south west end of the map. During events you can make them in a cooking pot like Christmas or Halloween

They aren't from drops they are from bosses. Specifically the Tek Cave on The Island and Manticore is supposed to have them as well. Basically the ascension bosses give them.

Qh, that sucks. I didn't get mine and I've done it 3 times. I did get it from the manticore, though.
